They work!!! They save$$$
If you decide to make Makita your cordless battery platform, then you need to seriously consider these batteries as your Makita battery replacement. They perform the same,(except it has a percentage readout instead of 3 bars) charge as quickly, yet is half the price. You can buy 4, 5ah batteries for the price of 2, 5ah Makita batteries. You can now economically invest in tool only purchases with a considerable savings. So far it's working for me.

So far, so good...
My experience with these batteries has been a good one (I've read of others' not so good). With the kind of prices that Makita name brand batteries are fetching, it stands to reason that folks are going to go looking for alternatives. These are 3rd party 'knock off's", and the instruction/warning sheet that is included is downright hilarious to read. Who knows what the QA/QC is like, and your experience may be different, but - I've been running these in a Makita 6.5" circular saw thru several (maybe 6 or 7) charge cycles so far, and they are working fine for me. I'd buy 'em again. And probly will.

Great value over name brand
I give these battery’s a thumbs up. Why the 4 stars? That’s because these battery’s aren’t as well built as the actual makita batteries and so your release button may be stiffer then the actual battery’s or for me I have to pull pretty good on the batteries to release them from my drills. They are a great value and worth the 3 second struggle to pull them from your drill or wireless tool. To fix the issue I took a knife and shaved a millimeter off the white clip that holds your battery in place. This helped a lot. Overall I’d buy over normal batteries because of the value. Hope my review is helpful and take my word for it. If you don’t have $200 to drop on batteries then stick with these. Definitely worth the price for 2

Longevity should be more than 6 weeks. 😡
First off, I love these batteries. They are strong and I love the battery life gauge. I’m upset that a week after my replacement period is up one of them has a charging fault and will not charge. I’m a home owner and do not use them for work so the occasional weekend project and it didn’t last 6 weeks is disturbing to me. I would love to change my review but I don’t see a way to even contact the seller. 😡

Cheap Alternative
I've only had these batteries for a few weeks but have been using them heavily. So far the performance has been wonderful. A charge will last me around 4 hours while using my drill and impact for working with hard steel. There is something wrong with the fit of the battery where it will bind up slightly with drills and chargers. It does take some force and light taps at times to disconnect the battery.I paid $25 a piece for these while the original product is $75 a piece. Even at this price I will be happy if they last me a few months, as back up batteries.

Good battery life.
I got these batteries about 2 weeks ago. I think my average run time is about 30 minutes a day at work. Battery on my makita impact drill was at 88 percent after 5 days, the battery on my other drill drained from 100 to 92 in a day while only being used once for a period of about one minute but it stopped draining after that. Definitely worth it for the price. Will buy again. PS. The batteries don't slide on and off the makita charger quite as easily as makita batteries do, but it's also no problem and they fit nice and snug on my drills.

Good price but longevity is lacking
I bought these batteries because I did not want to spend full price on originals. They arrived quickly and started out great, however after a few charges one of the batteries would not charge anymore. I wrote to the company, supplied my order number and they were helpful. They wanted me to buy a new 2 pack and then they would give my money back via paypal but I kept asking for them just to send a replacement without me buying another pack. They have said they will ship a new battery tomorrow if I write a review. I am hoping they stick to there word, if so I will agree their customer service is good but feel the batteries themselves have something internal that will not allow them to charge for several cycles.

Good overall
Seems good overall. Ive only used one so far. I dont use my tools often so i cant say much about battery life or longevity as i just bought them. But the Pros. are.....1. They work with my tools2. They work with my original charger3. Bigger battery with power indicator4. Batteries come with covers for the contact side. So no dust or grime gets into the contacts. Cons... well so far just one. One of the batteries has to be kind of jammed into the tool or the charger for it to work or charge, but once its in no problem.
