I love Bocha Sweet. It is a zero calorie sweetner that has no discernable after taste. I use it in my coffee. I keep a 2 pound bag at home and at the office. I also keep a handful of the single serving packets in my purse. I don't use it for baking, but it substitutes equally for sugar, so I will try it someday. The only drawback is the expense. But as far as I am concerned, it is the best sugar substitute on the market.

Love bochasweet products. Even my finicky mother who hates other non sugar sweeteners doesn’t know when I use bochasweet in my cooking. Great taste and works just like sugar in cooking. Great product. Just wish it was a little less expensive.

I've heard about BochaSweet from some YouTubers that I watch, so figured I'd give it a try. I usually use allulose, but sometimes I want something that won't make what I'm putting together too soft, which allulose tends to do. This is on the expensive side, which I knew before looking for it, but well worth it for making special keto treats (like during the holidays). Excellent taste! A great substitute when converting a carb-loaded recipe to keto friendly.

I have used BochaSweet for the past several months because it was recommended in several Keto recipes. It doesn’t crystallize like some of the other sugar substitutes. I use it to make my own chocolate syrup and my own evaporated milk and several dessert recipes. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it!

I’ve been using this sugar substitute for quite a while. It taste wonderful just like sugar and is great for baking.

I was recommended this product by a friend, or else I might not have decided to try it, because the price per pound is very high. It does perform better for me than any sugar substitute that has come before it, in terms of initial taste, aftertaste and gives me no annoying "symptoms" like dry mouth, cool mouth or gastrointestinal issues. It's pretty much like sugar in every way in that it measures the same, sweetens well, can be cooked or baked with (and it doesn't easily dissolve, just like sugar). Unlike sugar, it has zero calories and a low glycemic index, and for me, doesn't trigger my acid reflux, a welcome relief. It also won't cause cavities, according to the bag. It's just that the price is really hard to get past, which may be a way to naturally limit demand due to kabocha availability, because people who I've tried it with are really surprised at how "accurate" the taste is and want to get in on it...until they learn the cost. If it were less expensive it would definitely be 5 stars.

I have tried all the sweetener substitutes and this is by far the best.
