Sides Pinch Snap-On Front Lens Cap/Cover Compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm Pentax All DSLR Lenses (55 MM)

This lens cap is nothing fancy, but everything you need to protect the front of the lens. I keep a UV filter on the front of my lens for protection, but I have found original lens cap will no longer fit snug on the outside diameter of the filter ring. The inside thread diameter remains true making this lens cap design superior to a cap that fits over the outside diameter of the lens.

This is the perfect lens cap for my new Lumix FZ70 camera. It fits snugly on the Lumix zoom lens and on my 55mm Tiffen lens filters. I love this cap as is very clean looking and doesn't have all the nooks and crannys for dirt and dust to collect in, plus it doesn't protrude out from the lens any further than the thickness of my UV filter . It's the easiest lens cap I've ever owned for getting on and off in a hurry so that I don't miss a photo opportunity. I highly recommend this lens cap.

What I received was different from what is displayed on the pic. And because of that it did not fit.

Can't comment on durability yet but feels solid and holds well with no movement.

Well, it is well made, it doesn't smell bad or bend, BUT...... it doesn't go on my 55mm Canon FD lense, so it's pretty useless for me. I guess it is made for newer 55 mm lenses.

I ordered this to go on an old lens and it fits onto the front perfectly with or without the protective filter. It is well-made and the texture on the front matches the texture on my Canon AE-1! Haha. Not an essential characteristic obviously, but it compliments the aesthetic of my 70s film camera. Good value, functionality and looks nice!

It is built well but sadly does not fit my Minolta Rokkor lense :( which is 55mm.Too much of a hassle to return I will keep it.

It is broken a little over a month. the camera was used only a couple of times in that month. no warranty as well.need to find another quality one.
