UPDATE.. this unit is garbage. It does not cool at all. It is way overpriced. I paid $4000 for installation and there’s no customer service no resolution if you have a problem. So the seller says that they’re just selling the product. They are not responsible if it doesn’t work . They don’t warranty it..they don’t GAS …Three out of four of the louvers in the ceiling cassette do not work. Eliminating the swing feature. I contacted the seller. They did not respond.. I contacted Amazon who got the seller on the phone. I sent the requested information and they just keep referring me to different departments. Still no resolution to the problem. This is very disappointing, especially since I paid $4000 to have this unit installed. I regret this purchase. BEWARE!

I am blown away with this unit. It’s almost silent and very easy to operate. It has lowered our energy bills too. Barely runs in 1200 sq ft house, even when temps outside are below 30. Very pleased.
