This donut cushion inflated easily and feels very sturdy. It is made from thick, heavy duty rubber that holds its shape well. The brass nozzle is solid and gives it a quality feel. It has been comfortable to use and performs exactly as expected. Overall, it is a well made cushion that works great. I enjoy trying new products and putting them to the test in everyday life. I share what I honestly like, what I think could be better, and how each item actually performs after I have used it. My goal is to give you the kind of feedback I would want if I were deciding whether to buy it, straightforward, useful, and based on real experience.

It's better than the vinyl ones!!! Much better!😊 😊 😊 lasts longer!! Only bad thing about them is they hurt my butt a little. But I had a really bad fall 2 1/2 months ago! My bruise is still healing! As soon as the rain stops and I can get out of my driveway I am going to the e/r! I just got too much damage! It's not healing. But it is much better than sitting on anything else!! Much more lasting! Product got here very fast! The price was right! If I need any other medical supplies, I will order from these people again! The vinyl cushions would get holes very fast! But I have to sit and sleep with these inflatable cushions because of my injuries. But this one is the best!!! Very durable!! Very long lasting! I can even use this in the bathtub 🛀 I went through 5 vinyl cushions in the last 2 months! 2 of them since the first of this month! Best one ever!! I would recommend a piece of egg crate type cushioning because these are kind of hard! But it could be my injury too! I highly recommend this product!

I needed to return this but I’m passed the window. This product is a very hard plastic and tot has an odor. That the reason why I was not able to use it. I would not advise purchasing. If you do make sure the odor is not there. I tried to wipe it down with no luck. Very, very strong odor. I placed in in a plastic bag and set it aside. I’d rather return a r get my money back

A few months back, I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate and since then, I'd be suffering extreme pain and discomfort. Even with all the doctor visits and drugs, nothing helped. I did so much research, trying to figure out what I could do, only to come to the conclusion that I'd probably need surgery to remove my prostate. Then I thought, what if me sitting on this hard chair every day is what's causing all this? I mean, there's pressure on my rectum and I can't help but think if I relieved that, then I might feel better. So I took a chance and bought this rubber ring cushion. It's only been just over a week since I've started using it, but even in the first few days, I noticed an immediate and HUGE difference! I no longer feel pain and pressure near my rectum. I no longer have bladder and urethra pain. No more constant urination. No more problems. I still can't believe it, but here I am and I feel great compared to how I felt just over a week ago before I got this thing. And to think I was getting myself all mentally prepared for surgery! If only my doctor had thought to investigate the cause of my discomfort, but thankfully, I did. I should have seen much earlier how obvious it is to me now that sitting for too long on a hard surface would cause me to have issues, but now that I've addressed it, I feel like I'm on the road to healing. I hope the healing continues. I think it will as long as I continue to use the cushion. As a side note, I don't inflate it all the way as shown in the picture above. In fact, there's very little air in it at all. It looks flat, but once I sit on it, there's just enough air in it to give me the support and comfort I need, so that there's little to no pressure placed on my rectum or my coccyx.

If I were writing this review within six months of buying the product, I would give it five stars. The product appears to be of thick, durable rubber, and the valve also seems to be of solid construction. I bought the inflatable ring cushion after unsatisfactory experiences with several different types and thicknesses of padded cushions, and I was pleased with the results, especially in comparison. I suffered some complications from a biopsy for prostate cancer which have outlived the disease for which it tested. I have completed radiation therapy and have reason to believe that the cancer is gone, yet sitting down for any period of time is uncomfortable, and sometimes very painful. The Carex inflatable ring cushion works very well, although I still have to rotate between that and padded cushions, a kneeling chair, and standing up with my MacBook on a music stand. I am self employed, working behind a computer for a living, so most of my waking moments are spent on my computer, so I suppose that my demands may be higher than the average person's. Although the inflatable cushion is more comfortable than any of the others, with the exception of standing for short periods of time, it too becomes painful after long durations. I have been using the cushion for just over six months now, and last week it deflated. At first I thought that perhaps the valve had inadvertently been turned, so I blew it up again and it lasted the rest of the day. The following day however, it deflated again. Then it began deflating several times a day. The product me cost just over ten dollars so I don't suppose that it is unreasonable for me to have to replace it twice a year, but I have ordered another, non-inflatable type of donut cushion to see if I find it to be at least as comfortable. If not, I won't hesitate to buy another of these and just plan on replacing it every six months. Even at that, it's a pretty good buy.

Having issues with with my coccyx and tried few different options for sitting in chairs and find this one pretty good half the price of some I’ve tried only small thing is smell of the rubber as the product is made of and inflating is not easy either but the benefits for me out way these minor problems

Item is good if you had some sort of operation or surgery and need to seat on soft also it can be inflated to the level of comfort its good and fit to purpose cheaper than other products in pharmacies

This ring cushion so far has exceeded my expectations. The only similar product available in Burlington Ontario leaked within 1 year of use. After buying 4 of these smelly leaky cushions I decided to search the world for something better, I found yours on the Internet and even though our Canadian dollar is worth much less than yours, the cushion is worth paying the additional costs.
