Works very well.
I highly recommend this for you're cvt transmission. Make sure you have changed the fluid and add this after draining old out. I had shudder when pulling out from stopped and It has basically stopped that.plus it shifts way smoother. before I could tell it was shifting gears. Now it's basically gone.

Works fine
I added it in my Nissan CVT transmission, It happens I changed the CV axle shaft of the car which wasted some fluids and doesn’t gauge, so I added this to get it back to level as I don’t know what type of fluid previously used in servicing the transmission and works pretty fine. Avoid inhaling because it chokes

Nissan/Jatco CVT, some going info.
This is not a miracle product but it does help hot CVT transmissions perform better by reducing foaming. If you are using Castrol Transmax this is a must have additive! Some advice: Your best bet is to change the fluid and filters first. If your vehicle has a pleated paper filter, usually underneath the plate cooler attached to the transmission, you absolutely have to change that filter as it will block the return of fluid from the cooler(s) and your transmission will continue to overheat. Nissan CVT transmissions should have carried an initial service interval at about 8k miles to replace the fluid, filters, and clean off the magnets in the pans, and then about every 20-30k miles thereafter as the filters and magnets are insufficient to retain the amount of friction material and push belt wear they produce. Fast forward to why you are reading this, your transmissions cooler(s) are packed full of friction material and belt particles, your pleated filter is preventing sufficient flow through the cooler(s), and you're heading for disaster - no additive or number of fluid changes is going to help without changing the filters, and you are going to have to do a lot of them. You might want to consider putting an inline filter like a Magnefine on the return line from your external cooler if you have one (or look into adding an external cooler if not), as this is the last path for the fluid before it returns to the pleated filter that isn't very fun to replace. You really should have your valve body checked, the aforementioned loose particles wear the control valves, which causes insufficient pressure to control the variator, torque converter, and clutches, which is going to destroy them. Hopefully you aren't past that point, and shame on Nissan for making these transmissions with such undersized filtering and cooling capacity, as they otherwise aren't bad.

Got more use than I expected
The bottle was open when it arrived and even a little dirty... However, it reduced the amount of jerks in my failing CVT transmission. Recommendable, though these products rarely work and rarely last.

Doing it's Job and 👍🏽
Changed clients cvt fluid due to jerking while shifting in to gear Added this to the new fluid to assist in correcting problem it working great no more jerking , also Changed BOTH Filters & Cvt fluid.

Works great!
Perfect buy if you need to extend the life of your CVT fluid for a little while until you get the opportunity to get it changed. This stuff got my transmission to operate a bit more quietly and I was able to notice an increase in the performance.I was worried about the Nissan jatco cvt transmission in a 2009 Murano I'd recently purchased at a salvage auction. After buying the vehicle, title, tag, and other parts needed I found myself unable to budget in the $400+ for the fluid change and new filters so to extend the life of the fluid and protect the fragile cvt transmission I decided to try this option and buy me a few weeks until I could fit the fluid change into busy my schedule and have the $ to pay for it at the same time.It was a perfect buy to make that happen for me. Didn't add another bottle in with the new fluid tho as it just seems like overkill.

ir really works
my 2013 nissan rogue, has 195000 miles, still runs good, however the transmission gets sluggish,, i dont know if it was ever serivced, ive had for 6 months, 5k on it,, I added about half the bottle down the transmission tube, and about 5 miles later, its responding, so much better, !!! it really works !!

Disappointed
I really hoped this product would solve the whirring sound and rough shifting issues I had until I could afford the expensive, to me, Nissan cvt fluid. The instructions for this fluid state full results should be seen after 150 miles of use. After 1215 miles of use the only difference was the whirring sound had gotten louder. After a drain and fill with the actual Nissan fluid, the improvement was immediate. I was shocked. No more noise and shifted like brand new. My advice is to accept no substitute and go with the genuine manufacturer's fluid. It may be expensive but a new transmission is much more.
