The Urban Tarot

I have never played favourites within the decks I've collected so far but this is my favourite.The guidebook has me hooked and the creator really walks you through the journey (what made him choose the art for the card and much more) of the decks creation.I love the art, that's what made me purchase it. But all the little detailing like having the hanged man page upside down got me. It took me about 10 sec to realise it's not a fault rather a really cute presentation.I love this deck and many thanks to Robin Scott and his wonderful team of freinds and family for creating this art.🙏✨

Took time to adjust to it; VERY American and VERY urban so it is what it claims to be. Gradually, I found some cards were gentler than others, rightly so, and some images warm and tender but harsh reality of life in big busy cities very clear.Probably best for younger people; spikey but clear explanations of cards given including the inspiration for the images.

A wonderful modern take on the tarot, I love the artwork, fabulous two part box and I love the themes and characters presented. A must have for collectors. They are very large cards and not that easy to shuffle though, its a shame when creators try and be quirky and different at the expense of practicality. If the images were highly detailed these cards would warrant being larger, but they aren't.

Im in love withthis deck. Good card stock. Love the fact that in the book the hanged man meanings are upside down. Just something i noticed as i browsed the book quickly. Love love love the images. 1st deck ever that i actually connected with on every level. So worth it.

The cards and book are of excellent quality; i could not put the book down after i started looking into each card. The art work and story behind this deck are very personal and it felt like watching a film of the artists life. It is set in New York and felt like a tour of the city and what it evokes. Outstanding quality both in subject and content.

I collect tarot decks and as soon as I opened the box I immediately connected with these and think they're going to become one of my favourites.The box is sturdy and the information booklet has had real thought put into every card description and isn't just a basic rehash of the card meanings.The cards themselves are beautiful, on the larger size, which I prefer, and printed on good quality card stock. The images are striking and memorable with a beautiful colour palette for each one. There's a good ratio of "dark" to "light" cards, (life isn't all roses and butterflies and I like tarot cards like these that reflect the full gamut of experience, not just the good bits,)Really lovely deck, highly recommended!

This tarot deck is wonderful in many ways. Firstly they're superb quality, even their box is so well made. The card stock is perfect and the artwork speaks for itself. A modern tarot that has spared no expense in its quality.

WOW!!!!!! Traditional Meets Modern. Unbelievable & Well thought out. Best Tarot deck YET!! Im in awe, i took my time looking through these cards & was naturally drawn in with the examples & realities of the hierarchy exposed in this deck. The similarities & art work of these images will simply amaze you & i can not wait to get started with these cards.
