Good adhesive, nothing compares
Using tape helps to support my legs from any niggles. I use it during races and find I can run longer without my legs getting tired.

Rocktape is the one tape you can trust for support.
After An ACL repair and New tendon graft this is the only tape I will use to support my Knee when Iām loading or doing anything strenuous or high impact. You must watch the online videos of how and where to put it correctly and it works a dream. I play a lot of golf and have to tape it up before every round or practice Session due to the twisting and turning required. But I know with Rocktape I can play a full 18 holes and walk the course without a buggy and the tape is up to the task of supporting my knee and reducing any pain whilst Iām out on the course for the full round of 4/6 hours!! šš
