Jenny Ford Spicy Step, Step By Step, and High Low Cardio DVD

This is a good step aerobics tape to use on a daily basis to keep in shape. Jenny provides easy to learn routines and I am very pleased with this product.

I would rather go to a class than use a DVD. Might be good for some, not for me.

We love Jenny Ford but she has no compassion for her audience. She should label this "for Step Instructors". Wish she would make an intermediate step DVD.

The video sound is very low so you really have to listen for instructions. She doesn't give you enough practice time to learn the steps. I suppose if you are a more experinced stepper it wouldn't be a problem.

very good instructions and fun steps. I like the music and Jenny's enthusiasum. There is a fast, medium and slow workout. very nice.

I’m an intermediate to advanced stepper. I love the basic routine she offers on this dvd but the spicy step is IMO extremely confusing. I’ve tried it and my daughter has tried it and we both threw up our hands. I’m sticking with the step by step routine of hers and leaving the spicy step behind.

Jenny Ford Spicy Stepit arrived on time and is one of the best step exercise programs I have used. I do this in the swimming pool
