Very bad and painful experience. Never to buy computer hardware on Amazon
Within a year the motherboard fails and even after replacement it fails again.The vendor is from Rajasthan and we are at complete mercy of the vendor. Amazon does not even provide support services. Computer hardware purchased from Amazon does not provide the correct serial nos and model numbers of the accessories and parts used and hence we customers cannot apply for any warranty also we cannot even get it repaired at the authorized service centre as they require serial nos and model nos of respective peripherals.I would urge all to avoid buying computer desktops and other related products on Amazon.

OK kind of PC, costly, also worst packing
Packing is too worst, many dents, for me urgent so using without asking replace due to lockdown,WiFi adapter 150 mbps not working and bad model,Big Cabinet and looks not good,System performance is OK as of now, as of today no issues faced in the system performance.

Excellent System
This is one beast of a system. It boots in a few seconds. I have connected a 24 inch monitor using HDMI cable and works quite fine. The after-sale support is quite good. The vendor responds to all our queries on phone and provides a good support. It's surely worth going for.

The worst product. Wapstage of money
Worst product. Just after few days not working. Not able to get get any response though same is under warranty. Every time when contacting Amazon customer care getting reply that money will be refunded. I don't know why not getting any response from supplier.

Pathetic Service
I bought this PC from Amazon and its mother board not working within 1 month and when I open and saw it found that they have used old mother board. I did not expect this from Amazon. Hugely disappointed also don't know how to call for repair as this is under warranty.
