1. Please check if the power is out or not, if out, please replace with new batteries. 2. Press the unlock button (right side of 0 button), then enter the password (if you have not changed the password, please enter the original password 0000), press the simulated fingerprint, turn the knob counterclockwise, and then pull the knob to open the door. 3. If you forget the password, please insert needle or onther needle-shaped object into the reset hole(right side of 6 button) to reset the password, and then follow the second method.

Q: How do you change the password if you can’t get the door open? The instructions only explain how to do this once the door is open.

If you want to change the default password(0000), you need to change it after the door is open. We make sure that our kids safe banks are new good when they are packaged to FBA. If your bought bank has any questions, please feel free to let us know.

Q: Does this count the money put in and is there a display to show balance?

This ATM bank doesn’t count moeny put in and show balance, but it has large capacity and can put in paper money & coin.

Great gift!!

My 7 year old got this for Christmas and loves it! Keeps feeding his bills through. Loves the pin code and fingerprint so much he just keeps doing it over and over. Has a U.V. light to detect counterfeit bills. Gosh this thing is cool. Great gift!

Disappointed

Extremely disappointed in this purchase. My son was so excited to get it but it didn’t come with instructions on how to get the passcode or fingerprint and it only speaks Chinese can’t change it to English- it was a waste of my money. I wouldn’t buy it. Also the piggy bank I received in the mail looks nothing like the picture shown. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
