Outstanding lights, perfect for our vlog!

Bright, and easy to set the color temp. I had to use the diffuser always, as these things are very bright. I almost wish they came with a soft box too. I believe they do sell them. The panels are well made, and I find the interface of simple knobs is the easiest wat to go. No buttons needed. The stands are crappy however. They usually are. They work and that’s what matters. The carrying case is appreciated. A set of 3 in the case is heavier than I expected. I thought the thin panels would be super light. Overall, they are nice. There are cheaper ones out there though. But that’s usually the case. The batteries needed are not cheap though. Wow.

I have had an older set of light boxes that used a single 300 w fluorescent bulb. These proved to have too much blue. These have two sets of LED lights, one set a lower temperature of light near the yellow spectrum and one set at higher temperature near the 5500K. The bulbs are evenly mixed with each other but independently controlled so one can blend for a continually variable light temperature. Then a second control for overall brightness. The panel also has a digital readout to show the exact temperature, so once set it's a one step process to turn on the panel and it is the correct color balance for whatever photo shoot one needs.

I really like these lights, but I just had the tripod stand fail on me while getting setup to film today.I am very gentle on my filming equipment as I want it to last a long time.I have barely used these lights and stands so while the materials these lights are made out of seem nice and sturdy, the rivet on one of the tripods snapped and seems to be a single point of failure.Hopefully the seller can remedy this!

They give off a good amount of light - but I really thought they would be more like "daylight" lights

Excellent bi color lights.

Horrible price. These were only $309 less than a year ago.
