Woah bright... Like really woah.
UPDATED: 1/30/2023Initial review: I understood these would be bright. But my goodness. I installed them in the eaves of my house to give the whole house some indirect lighting. It looks fantastic!I used Meanwell 120v to 24v pwm power supplies to drive the string. (Knowing they'd be bright, I wanted to dim them to an appropriate level.) So a potentiometer can control the power supply and I dimmed them down to about 30%. I'm not joking when I say they are bright. The picture shows the first strip up and dimmed to an appropriate level. Notice how you can't see any lights but the whole house is gently glowing :) The exact effect I wanted.I'll try to remember to put a picture up of the whole house when I'm done. With wiring, drivers, enclosure boxes, pots etc. I'm clocking in at ~$2.95 a foot for all materials and everything installed. If I we're to of it again, you could try halving how many drivers you have and run 2 strings per driver. But I like knowing I can kick up the brightness if I ever feel like it or the leds are dimming with age.UPDATE: 1/30/2022They are still running great. I'm not sure what else to say other than I hope the quality of the product they are still releasing is just as good as the one I got. They work well in Texas summers and the bottom of Texas winters (which is admittedly not that much, but hey, it can freeze.)UPDATE: 1/30/2023I have bought more and used them all over my house. I used them in various ways to create various indirect lighting effects. They are bright enough that even in an indirect capacity, they emit more than enough light. I like the hiding behind crown molding version. But my favorite is the light rod running across the bathroom.Don't forget quality tape. The best I've found is the gray foamy tape with a red backing. Works indoors and outdoors. Needs to be installed in Temps that stay warm for 24 hours to let the tape set though.

Work great, bright, no complaints at all!
I installed these on 110' of deck railing then again on a hot tub privacy wall. Total 8 rolls. Originally I looked up LED strips, wattage, etc. For some reason I thought 1 300w would run the deck railing and not even be at the 80% capacity. After testing on the privacy wall (4 full strips) the 300w converter was hot. I did some closer checking on these specific ones and realized you're looking at approx 120w per roll (4 rolls = 480w) Nobody sells a 600w that I could find so I had to re-wire and run a total of 4 300w converters. They work perfect after updating the wiring and adding the dimmer. They're bright enough you can see them during the day but at night they're actually so bright you need to be able to turn them down. FYI I used 4 of these to run them https://www.amazon.com/UL-Listed-Dimmable-Transformer-Waterproof-Outdoor/dp/B07PWPVDYL

Decent color, modest voltage/brightness drop
I've had these installed in my living room around the perimeter of the ceiling now for a few weeks. They have have a good and consistent warm color without being yellow. The high density of LEDs make for a pretty decent look.I think the outer plastic jacket will help keep the dust away (which has made it difficult to clean other non-jacketed LED strips). The only downside for the jacket is that I expect there isn't very good thermal dissipation so I don't want to run them at full power. They're plenty bright for my needs at a lower voltage so this was a good trade off.In my application I needed to use the full 10m length and I had hoped the 24V strips would have minimal voltage drop. Unfortunately, there is a pretty significant voltage drop especially at full power. I'm running the strips at 19.3V to limit dissipation and minimize the voltage loss and even so, the voltage at the end of the strip is 16.5V. One can easily see the difference in brightness between the start and end of the strip as shown in the attached picture. I also used a light meter which showed approximately 50% brightness at the end of the strip compared to the start. Thankfully in my application decrease in brightness is gradual enough over a the ceiling that the room doesn't seem unevenly lit. I only notice it when I look a the strips directly. I would suggest to anyone considering to use the full length of this strip to add supply wires to both ends of the strip. As some other reviews have pointed out, the wires attached to the strip were very underrated and with far too thin conductors. At full power the strip draws about 5A so to avoid additional voltage drop it's important to have appropriately sized wires. I just removed the factory leads anyway when I was installing so this is an easily solvable issue.Installing the adhesive tape on the strip was a little finicky to keep well aligned. I bought the adhesive recommended by the seller (B07QGZCZ2K) which worked well but in retrospect it would have been much easier if the adhesive was already present. I had a few oops where the tape poke out which looks a little unkempt up close since the tape I bought is black and the surface I install these on is white. Not a ding against these lights since the listing was clear about what I was getting but I think it might be useful to others considering this.

Inexpensive but reliable, bright light and clean look.
I did a half-@$$'d job on the last installation and had to mickey-mouse the LED strip. Suffice to say, it was as if a 12-year old was trying to impress the science teacher. So I measured the total distance (for the 3rd time installing LEDs....the last two strips didn't last longer than a few months before burning out), then cut it at the marks...see directions included. I used a 24v transformer...suggest you do the same (I think you have to). But it's awesome. Hasn't flickered, hasn't burned out sections of the LED, and was super flexible while not breaking the LEDs. I had to turn it 90 degrees as the uplighting above the cabinets ran along a perpendicular wall. But I'm very pleased. A few years ago you'd pay triple for the cost of these...and I had install Philips and another higher-end LED light strip and both failed. This one hasn't so I'm pretty impressed. Wouldn't waste my time writing about it if it didn't work well for me.

Best tape light
Used this in a large outdoor sign. Works great

Quality Strips
These feel like high quality led strips. The PCB is thick and sturdy and they are very bright. The adhesive holds up well for my use. I have them in aluminum channels with diffusers, not directly attached. Excellent under cabinet and accent lighting.

ALITOVE LED Strip Lights Warm White - Solid LED lights
I took this item for a kitchen home project. I already have Ikea LEDs below the cabinet but I found them too faint, I need more lights. So when I saw this item and the density of LED’s I decided to pick them up.I measured the distance between LEDs and they are about 6 mm, which is really amazing. This will also help with providing more consistent light, rather than spotty like with typical LEDs.One of the key factors is warm white. My wife just can’t stand anything that resembles “laboratory” cold white and these LEDs look fine. I’m not an expert in perfect ratio of RGB but visually these look ok for our purpose.Lights are super bright. Not sure if the picture will depict this properly but I was surprised how bright they are - probably because they’re very dense.Total length of 10m will be sufficient to cut them and do another half for the countertop.I particularly liked that they left two wires so you can concatenate strips if you need to buy one more roll.As all LED’s these are also concatenated by a soldering process to make a full length. No major concerns here but I noticed some small bubbles on the strip as part of this manufacturing process.Overall these are pretty good LED’s but a little bit on the pricey side (29.99$ at time of writing) given that there is no power supply, so you’ll need to get one separately.
