Useless
Useless. Looks fantastic. Does not keep drinks warm though. Very disappointed as it is expensive too. Why did you choose this product over others?: The aesthetics.

Do not buy
I don’t know how anyone uses this - it is impossible to pick up as it is so hot with a hot drink in! Really disappointed as it looks great. I would not recommend.

Lovely mug but it leaks out of the lid. Great as long as you don’t try to transport any coffee in it.

Pros: very cute, nice color, gets the job done, fits in car cup holder Cons: Is too hot to hold once filled, leaks, kind of hard to drink out of, picks up scent really well (bad because its VERY HARD to get the scent out, + will pick up the scent of whatever you're trying to replace the initial scent with = overall, this means you will be experience the scent of whatever it has picked up along with the taste of your drink)
