Herbal Matte Lipstick, Creamy and Full Coverage Long Lasting Matte Lipstick, Velvet Wine

Probably the best matte I've ever used! Goes on smooth, does not pull at the lips, or skip across. Has decent staying power. Really lovely color, that's a nudes for me. Will buy again.

It was exactly what I was looking for. The color and the matte is great.

I purchased the Royal Rum based on the picture but found it lighter and more of a pink shade. Not what I wanted. I did try the lipstick on to see if it would go darker on but it didn't. If it wasn't for that, I would have returned it. It is creamy and goes on smoothly just wish it was the correct shade for me.

I should have listened to other reviews and just gone to Sally Beauty or bought from a specific beauty retailer/brand website that would have packaged this lipstick correctly because the bullet fell right out of the tube onto the floor. (I should have opened it over a clean paper plate and could have tried to repair it.) I ended up returning it through Whole Foods and the process was easy, for what it's worth. I had been really excited to try Palladio lipsticks and was scoping out swatches for weeks. It seems like a very lovely product and great value but buy it somewhere it won't get knocked around too hard or melt. You will probably still have issues with your lipstick bullet bending from pressure. The shade "Royal Rum" is a purple mauve shade and has a sweet vanilla frosting type scent, but I sadly cannot report on how it wears on the lips. The packaging itself is really sturdy and high quality for such an inexpensive price. I hope to find my way back to this lipstick eventually but am buying more easily accessible and reliable brands in the meantime. (Recently acquired L'Oreal's "Matte Me in Paris" and it's actually pretty similar to this.)

Great Lipstick

I was very disappointed in this lipstick. This lipstick was suggested when the other color I normally order was out of stock; however, I was not happy with the color and wished I had not trusted the suggested color or the finished.

I chose it because vegan. The color is also very beautiful and it lasts quite a bit. I would buy it again.
