As described!
Product was as described. On mine, the thickness was .27" instead of the nominal .25", but I'm assuming that's typical of this type of product. One side was completely smooth, the other side did have some milling patterning from the manufacturing process I assume. The material is very durable and low-friction, I'm using it to dampen vibration on the steel guide screws for my workbench vise and the screws don't leave a mark on it.
