Suma Root - Brazilian Ginseng - 8,000mg Capsules (90)

I've been using this coming up 3 weeks I'm expecting to see the real gains starting from 4 weeks onwards nothing adverse to note so far I do feel I have gained strength and started building muscle and my testosterone levels have increased possibly order again and try it over a few months to judge the difference

Give it a couple of days...take on an empty stomach...it helped my system calm down and feel more relaxed. A nice strong brand. I would prefer veggie capsules though!! I end up emptying out the capsules as I don't wish to eat gelatine.

The product was fine. I thought its purpose reasonable in its claims and modest by experience.

Great quality. Will buy again.

Not been having them very long but certainly feel more cheerful. Even when something goes wrong i was able to laugh about it a lot sooner than i would normally. certainly grumpiness doesn't last as long !
