I love this book. Very pretty. Pictures inside are nicely colored. I’m going to Paris this month, so thought I’d buy this to see what I’m looking forward to. using as a display on my desk now.

I am a die hard Paris lover. I buy all kinds of Parisian paraphernalia from place mats to diamond paintings to books to puzzles ad nauseam... I couldn't wait to order this and receive it when I saw it. Very disappointed. I should have checked it out better. Lovely muted pictures of flowers and token nod to Parisian locations but not what I expected or wanted which was bright potent pictures of floral life in Paris parks, shops and even doorways.

It was not what I expected. It is mainly pictures of pretty flowers, and floral designs on fabric, and I guess on plaster and porcelain relief. There are some pictures showing locations in Paris, not as many as I expected, and many of the pretty pictures could be flowers anywhere in the world as only the flower is shown and no other background. It is nice, relaxing coffee table book to peruse.

Absolutely stunning. A visual delight, particularly if you love Paris and you love flowers. For anyone looking to be inspired by either, this is a must for your library. The images transport you into a world that seems like a fairy tale, perfect flowers, perfectly Parisian.If you need a gift for bridesmaids, women's swag bags, Mother's Day, or any Paris or flower lover, this couldn't be more perfect. It's difficult to believe this book isn't ten times the price.

This is a very special book! There is photography and then there is PHOTOGRAPHY! The setting is Paris in all of its beauty. The amazing thing is that Georgianna uses the beauty of Paris as a foil for the natural beauty that saturates the city. Flowers, plants, trees, bulbs and blooms are magnificently (and dreamily) photographed and celebrated. Blooms become incredible works of art through her lens. Georgianna knows the plant world well and even includes a field guide for the different blooms featured in the book. This is a beautiful book that is hard to put down. The photography, the paper and design of the book are all very elegant. By the way, If you're not following her on Instagram, you are missing out on daily inspiration from all over the world. I can't recommend this book enough and encourage you to follow her on Instagram. Enjoy!

If you love Paris, and flowers, and flowers in Paris, you would love having this book on your coffee table, or in your hands in general. The photography is absolutely beautiful, bright, and inspiring. There is a good amount to read but mostly just gorgeous pictures to look at. While I was flipping through the book I found myself wishing I knew the type of bloom I was looking at, or where the location was shot. There is an index of sorts in the back with this information on it, so it is very informative as well as an easy on the eyes book to flip through.The book itself isn't very large, but my coffee table is actually also not too large so it works very well.

Wow!!! This book is just out of this world amazing. The images are just so beautiful that it is almost hard to believe they are real! it is just incredible how she can get amazing shot after amazing shot after amazing shot!. I can't say enough about it, just thumbing through it you get transported to the most beautiful side of Paris through her lense! I found myself mesmerized by each one of the photos and at the same time eager to turn the page and devour the beauty of the entire book. I can't recommend it enough! Now I need to get myself some of her wall art so I can see her photos all the time!

While browsing my Instagram feed recently, I cam across the book “Paris in Bloom” by Georgianna Lane. Just looking at the cover, I knew I had to order this book right away. I absolutely devoured this book in one sitting. The beautiful photography taken by Lane transported me to the lush gardens and fabulous flower shops of Paris.Not only is the book stunning but her Instagram feed is a dream come true. Go give her a follow. Her other books include a floral series dedicated to Roses, Peonies and Dahlias. The new Cities in Bloom series now includes Paris, New York and London is coming in 2020.While I read this book in one sitting, I know its a book that I will return to again and again. It’s currently sitting on my coffee table and makes a great book for guests to check out when visiting.I definitely have a few gardens and floral spots I want to visit in Paris after reading Paris In Bloom.

There are a lot of really stunning photos in this book, very pretty and a great coffee table book, but here's my problem with it, they are all close up shots save for maybe two or three. There are some really lovely pictures of close ups of art and architecture but overall there aren't many pictures that scream Paris. There's one picture with the Eiffel Tower but apart from that they may as well have been taken at a florist in Hackney because a close up of a bunch of flowers in Paris is the same as anywhere else. I was hoping for shots of blossom trees with ll'arc de triumphed in the background. A shame really, I feel this was a missed opportunity.Edit since seeing the other bloom books I have more of an appreciation for the format of this book. The pictures are beautiful, I still feel that it's not quite paris-ey enough but I think my initial review was a little too critical

Purchased this “ London in bloom” and “Paris in bloom “, I was amazed by the breathtaking photography, and Georgianna eye for detail. This book captures the beauty of all the flowers featured in this book. Just when you think you’ve seen the most stunning photo you turn the page and there are more delicious treats for the eye!. Two of the most beautiful books I’ve come across, and I do own a few. Highly recommended purchase.

Beautifully, artistically done but rather superficial in content. The very definition of a coffeetable book. Too low on information to my taste.

I expected more photos outside in Paris, however beautiful photos. Recommended

Purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She loves it.
