Better than expected for the price.
I bought 3 pole jacks. x2 from Sunex & one that was $20 more expensive from another seller. All 3 where delivered at the same time. I opened & assembled the more expensive one first hoping it was a good quality jack because I had ordered the x2 less expensive ones from Sunex to be spares. I assumed that because they where cheaper, they would be less quality. Lucky for me this was not the case. I was a little disappointed in the first jack that I opened. It was ok but definitely not the quality I was hoping for. After seeing how wobbly it was, I assumed that the x2 less expensive Sunex brand jacks would be the same or worse, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Sunex brand was much better quality. Everything about it was better. They are just built better & do not wobble at all. The more expencive brand will go in the corner & be my spare, I am more than happy with the cheaper Sunex brand. If I had the chance to see them both before buying them, I would have paid more than I did for the expensive one that I bought.

Works great
Just like advertised. I wanted one with a bearing in the top and foot adjustment. The top bearing allows for smoother adjustments under load. I've tried both and learned the hard way. The bearing makes a difference when weighted. The foot pedal could be a little smoother but does the job when both hands are busy trying to put a transmission in and you need to go up just a little bit. The pedal flips up out of the way when you don't need it, so it doesn't take up extra space when not needed.

Freaking awesome for when you need an under hoist stand but don’t have the vehicle all the way up. Am buying 4 more asap!

Good value in underhoist stands (see below for my other thoughts/considerations)
This is a very good under-hoist stand, for a fair price. I wish I could rate it 4.5, but that isn't an option. I have a heavy duty two post lift, and even though my lift is rated at 3.5 times the weight of the car that I work on the most, I'd never spend any length of time under it without an underhoist stand. It's just not worth the risk, especially when the right safety tools (like this stand) are available at affordable prices. Pros: Sturdy for what it is Assembly is very quick and easy The foot lever is a nice addition that makes taking the slack out of something while you're adjusting/unbolting it super easy. Neutral/cons: The base is okay for the purposes it serves, but I would have liked it to have been heavier. It was missing the pivot pin that the foot lever connects to the main shaft with, due to being lost out of very poor packaging. There is a reason product packaging is a field of study, and clearly this company did not invest in a person who ever studied such things... Overall, this is a very good value in under hoist stands. I bought one of these, and a tripod style underhoist stand, and personally feel the tripod style is better. That being said, there is nothing really wrong with this one, and you can get more supports for the same amount of money if you're going to buy several stands. It's all just personal preference, and you know what mine is. I do feel it is worth the extra $10 to get the lever at the bottom if you're considering the single post stands, as it makes exhaust and crossmember work much easier. This is the stand that I use on the rear (lighter) end of what I'm working under, and indirectly trust my life with it...

Super Easy to Assemble, Super Easy to Use
Assembly instructions are pretty basic, but the assembly was super easy. Many of the pieces on the parts list come pre-assembled. The were two very minor steps not mentioned, but they ended up being pretty obvious. Sturdy with a nice weight to it. The adjustability with the pin is great - no need to spin the handle endlessly to change the height a lot. Greatly appreciate that feature - well worth the extra cost.
