The media could not be loaded. It has a very big water compartment, which means the mist can go on for a long time. Very easy to use. Beautiful and effective.

Good product could have been better
Its a good product but it could have been better as this doesn't produce dense ions as the surface area is more the blend of essential oil getting into the fume/vapor is less and gives a mild scent rather, previously i had other humidifier that was narrow and that even from single drop of essential oil was easily able to blend a strong aroma in the air which was noticed by others easily this machine is not worth for the cost would not recommend at this price

As Good as it gets.... It's an Allin product..
I've been using Allins product for the last 4 yrs and I've never had any problem with any one... Given their reputation of a great customer service we should not be worried either.... Too much bias I guess... Now this one is another class product... I am quite picky when it comes to aesthetics... Once placed It will grace its surroundings for sure... Functionality is standard like any Aroma diffuser.... Its more of a diffuser than a humidifier... We can use it as either... For an area of approx 500 to 700 sq feet for efficient aroma dispersal.... Although we can use it in a larger area.... The remote is a good addition... Makes life a lot easier.... Thank you for reading my review... Faulty once, repalacement was good.
The product stopped working within 24 hours. There seems to be something wrong with this exact model cos I have other humidifiers from Allin and they all work great. The second one (replacement) I received is functioning normally. Great support.

Works well
Satisfactory results. I am using sandalwood aroma oil with this device and it makes my room smell divine. Suitable for a small room or bedroom

It broke in three months
I didn’t know that it will break this soon. It was working fine then the next day it’s broke down out of no where. What’s the point getting it if it doesn’t even last a year. Think before you buy
