Just awesome - I got my back back!
Great rehab program. I am a 50-yr old mother of 3, I eat healthy and am not overweight - but I don't exercise other than occasional walking. I had a non-existent core. :) My lower back began hurting more and more...when I'd wake up I could barely bend over. It became a burden to even unload the dishwasher, get clothes out of the dryer, etc. I'm 50, not 90, I thought, so here I am doing RehabZone. Best purchase ever - I would be paying THOUSANDS for physical therapy which I'm sure is what my doctor would've recommended. I am on phase 2, workout 2. I feel strong now (a feeling I've never had) and can easily bend over, do household chores, yardwork, weeding, hacking down bushes, etc. All the things I used to do. I feel like I just got a new lease on life. I LOVE that the videos don't just focus on your abs, which is what I thought "core" was. There is arm work, leg work, shoulder work...the videos really do tone your whole body. I do the workout faithfully 3-5 times a week before moving on to the next one fot the next week. The videos start slow and weren't overwhelming for me. They're about 20 minutes...who doesn't have time for that, when you're investing in your health and your body? You are up and down a lot, so if that's difficult for you, you may have to hit pause. Also someone with knee problems may have a problem with the up and down. Give these a try - they were a life changer for me!!

Been using this for close to 2 1/2 years !
I seldom review products until I have fully vetted them and I know I should have done this probably a year sooner, but here it goes…I have been using this GREAT workout for over 2 ½ years. Bought it in Oct. 2020 after my Orthopedic Surgeon and PT recommended a workout to strengthen my core, especially my stomach. This recommendation was a result of a major back setback I had in July of 2020 when I had an extremely painful Sciatica episode. This happened as a result of a very stressful/intense week and then suffering a fall at the same time. Bad combination of events. I could barely sleep for 2 ½ weeks and was usually up all night long with extreme 10 out of 10 pain. Could not get comfortable in any sleeping position and could hardly stand upright for very long. Even a trip to the emergency room with pain injections did not help. I became very depressed that this was a life changing event and I would not be able to work around the garden and do my landscaping projects around the house that I loved so much.This video saved my life.I selected this because it did not require a lot of accessories and it was not long enough to be too time consuming. I can do it in the family room without an issue and use my wife’s yoga mat for the platform. I already had a leg strap and then bought some 5 lb. weights online. I still suffered a small episode the following April in 2021 but the recovery was much quicker – just a few days with little sleep. That was the last one. THANK GOD!I also made some changes to my lifestyle. I was a stomach sleeper and changed that to a side sleeper with a pillow between my legs. I do daily morning stretches as recommended by my Chiropractic Doctor that I had been using for years. I have Chiropractic adjustments every 4 – 6 weeks. I’ve been careful to keep my weight under control. Lastly, I wear only hiking shoes with a heavy grip no matter where I go – NO MORE Sneakers. But I truly believe the biggest difference was this video and doing this 3 times a week. I can feel the tightness in my stomach muscles now and they are stronger than ever. I am 63 so it is doable for Seniors. Even after this much time using the workouts, I am still only at session 9 of 12, as they are progressive. I highly recommend this series for those with Sciatica pain. I hope this was a helpful review to those who are currently looking for a workout program.

Solid Program
I bought this when I threw my back out. The workouts progress slowly, and they tell you to not do anything that hurts. My back feels much better now, but I am still doing the program. I really like the moves, and I'm hoping if I build my core I can avoid back trouble in the future. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the CDs. You can fast forward to select which workout you want to do, but it doesn't show you which one you've selected, so you have to be careful with your remote and count how many times you press the button.

Excellent and had unexpected benefits
Hubby said my butt looked much better, and I noticed my upper arms are also looking better. At 71, those are things I care about as well as having less pain, better posture and a lot more flexibility. Plus, my dancing skills are back to my younger days, it's easier to get off of chairs, and in general, I move like a younger person.I totally agree with the reviewer who said the program is better than physical therapy. I HATE doing two sets of 10 (PT syle; boring) ... instead the pace is more like meditation, because the trainer talks about "connecting" with the body.The first two disks are pretty easy; I did each workout for a week or more, until I mastered each. It is a life program, and I wished I'd started in my 60s. I was even able to do it during a 3-week trip by using a computer or phone to stream the workouts.I wish there were one brief workout that I could alternate with, focused totally on balance ... could it be my age ... Nahhh. I did find a 5-minute one on YouTube.
