Experiment with the recommended time frame
Albeit fairly expensive (and I got it when it was on offer) this is ideal for anyone who enjoys drinks on the rocks or for a home bartender. I found it a little bit cumbersome to remove ice cubes when I left them in for 20+ hours but reading the manual can actually give you a few tips or tricks on these situations.With my freezer the appropriate time to freeze was around 17-18 hours, you've just got to experiment, they recommend doing so anyway.

Clear Ice on the first try!!!
So happy that I’ve finally got clear ice in my gin and tonic. Sad I know. But it’s true!

Rubber ripped after a year
This does create reasonably clear cubes, but they’re a pain to remove, and after a year, the rubber developed a tear that caused leaks and rendered the tray useless.

The principal is there but the wells at the bottom are too small. I’ve used a lot of different clear ice systems and unfortunately this is one of the worst.The black units which freeze two at a time are much more consistent
