Effective and doable methods for shaping your abs
In past, I have read a few books which focuses on improving health and shaping muscles. And there are many more on the internet promising to be beneficial but turns out to be meaningless and false advices or sometimes you would even find only copied material from other sources. So when I came across this one, I took a leap of faith and decided to give it a try. And I can happily say that my trust was not misplaced.This book is more of a manual than a book as is described in the synopsis of the book. The author explains step-by-step the right way to gain abs. He emphasizes the importance of balance between the exercises we do and the diet we follow. He explains all the necessary excercises in detail with images included. How much/when/why. He explains them all.All in all, I found this book extremely helpful and if you too are looking for a book to help you in your quest for improving your physique, I would recommend you to read this one.

Start your journey to Six pack
After going through the book totally agree with author it is a 90 day abs manual as mentioned in the title. Book chapter are organized /divided very well.Author has started with defining abs, then explain do's and dont's in terms of food, physical training etc.It has pics of what exercises to do, how many reps, during the exercise which muscles are affected / strengthened etc. each day for 90 days to achieve/arive at desired result.Would recommend to all who want to get six pack.

Don’t buy at all - Most Pathetic Book
This is so shameful to sell such useless content in the shape of a book with such a catchy title, purely justifying the saying ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’This whole 250 bucks worth book can be summarised in two pages and had those two pages also contain any meaningful content I would have spared time to summarise and upload it over here.Only repetitive workout pictures covering 80% of pages and no details on any diet plan to be followedDon’t waste your money on it as you would not have option to return this book

Just read my review ❤️ Its a awesome book
This book is a final result of ur search to lose fat it means this has so many knowledge ! I am not a nobe i am doing gymimg from last 2 years and what i wereknowing was literally incomplete but for now my routine is going well ! And book contains lots nd lots of motivational quotes and it is written in very simple language even a 6th class student can understand and finish it in 2 weeks with full understanding. Plus i know tarun gill so call criticism after knowing all this stuff i trusted him and i relly wanna thank him ! Hope so my abs will again be visible because i have same story i was on track but because of problems i just left the gym and want my abs back, about my recommendation you can surely buy it. It contains everything means everything. U even cant imagine what you are getiing in just 300

As the name suggests, this book is a bible for fitness lovers. A step by step guide to fitness. Fitness is a dream for many, because as they say a strong mind lies in a strong body. It is true that building good shape demands a larger investment of your time and most, importantly determination. This book will guide a beginner to ultimate fitness with no doubt.

The inspiration you've been waiting for.
Fitness is an important characteristic that doesn't come innately to everyone on earth. People work hard and long to achieve whatever level of fitness they want, I'm not talking about a particular body type but everyone's unique and the sense of what is healthy for them is somewhere buried under piles of procrastination and excuses. Life isn't as busy as you think and fitness is much more important, holding meaning that won't harm, only benefit. This book tells you just that and how !

A honest review!
From the cover of the book it's obvious that the book is about fitness. Being a lazy person, I was not into exercising much but after reading this book, it motivated me to become fit again. It has tips and tricks including diet tips to keep ourselves healthy. My brother reaffirms this book and was quite motivated to become fit as well.

This book was quite informative for me. This was the first fitness book I read and I got motivated now. The book is written in a simple and engaging way. The exercises and tricks mentioned in the book will be useful for many.
