Today is 5/16/25 and my pillow came yesterday 5/15/. I'm happy with my new pillow. I've been having problems the last few months with a pinched nerve in my neck where the pain would radiate in my chest because of poor posture and bad pillows. I would stuff two pillows under my head that were no good and that added to the pain. After scrolling here on Amazon for pillows that support head and neck then reading reviews I finally landed on this pillow. There were a few negative reviews but honestly sometimes a not so good product slips by. Where I was sold was when I watched a young gentleman demonstrate a couple of these pillows. I figured I'll take a chance even though another gentleman was disappointed and tossed the pillow on the floor. I thought to myself I'll still take a chance. I'm glad I did! I bought the queen size one but I should've bought the standard but onward, the pillow was easy to use and there was no smell to it. After about 45 minutes the pillow fluffed up. It's firm but soft if that makes sense? It cradled my head and supported my neck. The shape is great and very comfortable and a great fit. While lying on it for a couple of hours my neck pain started to subside and when I fell asleep I slept the whole night. Upon waking this morning my neck pain is gone! It's worth the investment! Plus it is easy to wash just follow the instructions. This is my favorite pillow I love the shape and design! Truly awesome!

I've been using various types of pillows of various thickness and firmness and it has been extremely hard to find the right one. For years, I've gone through many different pillows, most end up causing some sort of ache by the end of the night. I got this pillow based on the reviews, knowing however that not everyone likes the same pillow. This is the first pillow of this type I've purchased with the specific intent to improve my posture while I sleep and hopefully improve the quality of my rest. I am a side and back sleeper, and find myself shifting MANY times from side to side, to my back all through the night. I got this pillow, and after using it for a few minutes I began to feel an ache in my neck. I thought maybe it was too hard...figured maybe if I slept on it all night long, I would regret it with a crook in the neck for days, so after only those few minutes I bailed on it and put my regular setup of pillows. Disappointed that perhaps I'd have to return it. The next night, I decided to try it again, but decided to intentionally go a little longer. I probably used it for maybe 30 minutes this time, before I felt like an ache was beginning to develop in my neck or shoulders. I bailed on it again, and went with my usual setup. Determined to give it a fair shake, but not wanting to cause a lot of pain because of it, I decided to try again the third night and essentially figured I'd increasingly add more time each night. Well, I must of been really tired, or something in my posture clicked because the next think I remember, I was waking up in the morning having felt quite rested. I slept on the pillow all night long, with no aches whatsoever. Since that third night, I have slept ONLY on this pillow and while I haven't yet had it for a month, I find that I shift MUCH less than before. And because the pillow maintains its support all night, I do not wake several times to readjust my old pillow setup for better support throughout the nights. I feel like my deep sleep cycles last longer. I'll update again later if things change but for now I'd encourage you to give it a fair shake. If you've been sleeping on something else that holds your neck differently, you may need to work yourself into this in stages like me. I love that both ends of the pillow have a bit of a higher contour than the center in order to hold your spine straight while on my sides. I can definitely feel the difference in the better support throughout the night. And while I might have thought it was too firm initially, it is just right. And while I might have felt like it wasn't high enough, I realize now it is just the right height. If there is any disadvantage with this pillow, the only thing I can say is that I'm used to having the soft cool feel of my pillows up around my checks while resting/sleeping and this does not provide that, but the advantages seem to far outweigh this and I suspect in time I'll get used to this new feel and not miss the old setup in any way.

It relieves the neck pain and it is pretty comfortable. I think I unrealistic expectations but very solid purchase.

I really like this pillow, but my dog damaged the pillowcase. Can I get a replacement?

This pillow has been saving me for almost a year. With herniated cervical disc, and lots of other back issues , I now wake up totally pain free and happily ready for the day . I bought a small travel size copy cat for vacation but it was not the same so I I started to pack this in my suitcase to bring it when I travel. Since it took up room in the suitcase , I finally had my orthopedist write me a letter saying it was medically necessary and it's my "free " carry on .

So my husband searched for a pillow and found THIS! 👆🏼 The shipment was fast that as soon as it was in my doorstep i hurriedly tore the packaging and tested it. BOOM! God answered our prayers to find a remedy to heal it ‘coz my neck-shoulders-back spine area was hard and swollen. This pillow has two versions: soft or medium soft (just a little bit hard than the soft one don’t know how to describe it). The first I one i got was the medium that HELPED TREATS MY STIFF NECK. A very good neck pain support, so comfy, elastic. It holds the contours of the head and neck, distributing weight evenly, relieving pressure, and helping with neck and back pain. This can also help with a better night's sleep and a feeling of well restedness. Just One night sleeping on this pillow you will definitely feel the improvement of your neck pain, it does take away the ache and agony of sleeping in one side or straight up only. This has become my pillow eversince and will not exchange this to any memory pillow at all NEVER. And after several exchange of emails, THEY SENT ME A SOFTER VERSION and it arrived today! It’s like OMG i can’t believe it!!!! It’s soft enough to mold the neck. The softer version is the one for me. I've been obsessed with my pillow since I got it. I now bring it everywhere I go with me, because the one time I tried not doing that I woke up with a stiff neck that lasted for 2 weeks. It's helped my breathing, my snoring has been nearly eliminated, and I don't wake up with headaches or develop them during the day nearly as often. I tend to suffer from chronic fatigue that's bad enough that I've been diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia, and I've actually had mornings where I've woken up feeling refreshed and gotten through the day with no need for stimulants since sleeping on this pillow. No more stiff neck or sore shoulders. The only complaint I've had since the beginning is that I seem to be highly allergic to the material it's made of, so in addition to the cover it comes with, I've added 2 allergy covers (one wasn't enough), a regular pillowcase, and my satin pillowcase. This blocks the material enough that I don't wake up sneezy and itchy eyed. I also know I have an allergy to some types of memory foam; I have a similar (though less intense) reaction to my LoveSac SuperSac. That being said, I've been sleeping on it for about 15 months, and the last week or so I have been waking up with neck and shoulder pain, and awoken to my own slight snoring as I fall asleep. I have regularly changed and washed the pillowcases and given it time to breathe. I'm not sure if there's something I can do to restore it or what the life of the pillow is, but the price I paid is higher than the current price, so I expected it to last longer than 15-16 months. Maybe that was a silly expectation.
