I bought this because of foot tendon issues on the recommendation of my primary care provider, and it was good for that. At least, that is, until I got my new cat. Then I couldn't get it away from her long enough to use it. Thankfully, I didn't need it too much by then.5/5 Would recommend as both foot care and cat toy.

It was much smaller than I thought it would be, but then I tried using it on my plantar fasciitis and it's actually awesome.Materialswise, the ball itself has no give but the little knobs are rubber and do have some slight ability to flex.

It works great, however, I thought it would be a little bigger.

I have to admit, I didn’t pay much attention when ordering this and was shocked to see how small it actually is. It’s about the size of a golf ball. At first I was a little disappointed but figured I’d give it a go.One night of rolling my foot on it and I woke up in a lot less pain than normal.Bought it for travel also so the small size will definitely benefit me there.

I purchased this for a Disneyland trip. After being at the park from open to close this little spiked ball helped tremendously! I still use it after the trip from when I get home from a long day at work. I bought another larger ball with no spikes but this one works way better. I'm so happy it's made in the USA too! I highly recommend this it massages perfectly its a great value, and will last forever.

The ball is 1.9 inches! Under item description it is listed as 6”L X 6”W X 6”L. Just be advised it’s tiny!
