This rice is the best rice and this is my first time using it !!! I was concerned about the "parboil" but quickly found out it makes for an exceptional rice with long white grains of rice that are separated and fluffy !! Don't need a rice cooker and I have been making in a pot with a tight fitting lid on the stove top !!. Follow the directions exactly on the bag for the stove top way or the mic wave way and even an instant pot way. Follow the measurements of rice to water and I tell you what you will be amazed at just how good this rice is . A little hint ... I replaced the water 1 time with home made chic stock and man oh man was that GOOD !!!

Good rice, but not a gummy rice.
The rice was fine! But if you prefer a gummier rice, you may not like it as much as regular white rice.
