This shampoo is perfect for cats! I use it on my own and clients. The shampoo lathers very easily, cats are always shiner and much much softer after using this! I personally love how it helps with my cats skin, he often gets dandruff, this shampoo helps clear that up. This also makes his coat shine after! This shampoo is worth it, just the smell alone is amazing!

I have a fat sassy kitty with very long hair. I have her on supplements for hairballs and try my best to brush her out but she hates it! Searching for options to minimize the amount of hair she is digesting, I came across many articles that dispelled the myth that cats don't need to be bathed. I learned regular bathing of your cat prevents matts and decreases shedding. My kitty also seems a bit dandruffy/dry skin. Her hair was a little dull. I don't regret bathing her and definitely am glad I got this shampoo. She actually seemed to enjoy her bath. Maybe she is weird. Maybe it was the lovely soft scent of the soap. Maybe it was my fingers giving her belly a magical scratchy kitty massage while bathing her in the sink. I don't know. What I do know is this: 1. My bare arms didn't get destroyed. She's almost 10 years old and hasn't had a bath since I washed her in dawn dish soap when I found her as a flea ridden feral kitten that was almost dead from anemia. She was not raised being bathed. She can be very cranky, but she's a generally good natured 15-20 lbs Maine coon mix. She liked her bath more than she likes being brushed. 2. I haven't noticed any mats forming in the subsequent few weeks. 3. She smelled fantastic. 4. Her hair was so shiny! In fact she looks funny bc I wasn't brave enough to shampoo her face/head. So her body is shiny and her head is not. Lol. We will get that in the next bath round. 5. It works great as a shampoo/conditioner combo. I have natutally oily human hair, and generally use clarifying shampoo on myself. Unlike human shampoo/conditioner combos our parents bought us as kids and left our hair kinda meh kinda gross, and still not really conditioned, it actually left my kittys hair very clean and soft. It's not dried out at all, so I was really pretty impressed. 6. I did use a LOT of shampoo. She's fat She's fluffy. She's feisty. I had no idea how long she'd humor me until she transformed to gigantorhellcat. (She never did.) But with that said, it took quite a bit of shampoo to get her hair clean, since she's never been bathed, and I used even more, dumping it in my hands as to expedite the process. I couldn't risk giving up one hand to get shampoo several times and risk her streaking through my kitchen and house like a drenched flying carpet. I may have used 1/4 the bottle. Is that normal? Idk. Is my cat clean? Yes. Lol. I'll be shampooing my kitteh on a regular rotation now. I will buy more of this when I'm out and I'm going to start my other kitteh on baths now while she is young.

I've been looking for a quality shampoo/cleanser for my cat for a while since my middle-age cat is now an indoors-only feline (his fur just sometimes smells from the litter box or from hiding under the bed where it's dusty; when he was an indoor/outdoor cat the fresh air and grass helped keep him smelling fresh but now he needs baths every few months) and I was never happy with what I found while shopping. They were too expensive, smelled weird/bad, boasted some property I didn't need (for example, anti-shedding or anti-matting; I just need something that cleans!) or lacked a cruelty free seal or contained too many questionable ingredients. This shampoo was calling my name when I found it! I really like how ethical the company is; the shampoo is animal, plant, and environmentally friendly and is cruelty free, which is especially appealing to me as a consumer! It also offered lots of nice scents (I'm not the biggest fan of cherry, but this stuff smells pretty great) and was very affordable for a large 16 ounce bottle that is 2-in-1 with both cleansing and conditioning properties. It's been a few hours since I gave my cat a bath, and I think it's safe to say that the shampoo did its job and that my cat is not having any reactions to it! He smells faintly of cherries and no longer has the odor of litter or dust, plus his fur feels extra soft and looks glossy. Overall, I'm very happy. I only had to use a little bit of the shampoo too! It's very concentrated, so this bottle will probably last me a few years, since my cat is a short-hair whose bathing needs come down to "shampoo him when he smells." Since this stuff is so nice, I'm definitely going to look into a bottle of shampoo from this brand for my dog as well!

Shampoo is very gentle on my fur baby. The scent is very soft, does not linger (kind if wish it did). But over all it is a good value and kitty seems to like it.

I use this on our sphynx cat with little hair. It smells very nice. I use the nonfragrance sensitive product every second bath on our completely hairless sphynx.

I have a long-haired Persian with delicate skin. He gets hot spots from allergies and nothing but steroids helped (and medicines,) but that is bad for his health in the long run. I used this shampoo on him. It has a very mellow, pleasant scent. It made his fuzz super soft, and it really helps his head (he gets his hot spots on his forehead.) Whenever he starts to have an outbreak, I just gently pat some of this on, leave it for a minute, then clean it off. It has made a massive difference in his comfort and happiness. I think it might clean off bacteria that causes him so much torment. But there's nothing in it that is an irritant to skin, and because it gets cleaned off, he doesn't try clean it (which he does with creams.) I'm very happy with this product.

We bought this for our cats because one of them reacts badly to a lot of other cat shampoos. They've both been bathed in it a couple of times and they both do well with it, no getting sick, no bad reactions, and it seems to soothe the one's skin allergies somewhat. We shared some with our niece who just got two kittens, one that's a long haired baby that her dog loves to slurp, which creates tangles and mats her hair. It was amazing how much softer and easier to manage her hair was after being washed with this. The bonus is that it smells very very good. The only complaint I have is that the smell barely lingers after they dry, but that's not that big of a deal, they still don't smell stinky like they did before their baths.

Having bought the "Pet Head" range before and found them to be smelling a little unpleasant, I thought why not give the "Earthbath" range a go. It is the best shampoo I have found so far! It smells heavenly on my cats (Persian) coat and it makes the coat really soft and shiny. My cat loves to play with bubbles in the tub and this shampoo when put in water does just the trick. I can only recommend this shampoo to any cat lover.

This shampoo works really well for my Sphinx cat. We had been using another one prior that worked well, but had a strong perfume smell afterwards, and would dry my hands out. This was is fantastic, has a light berry scent, and doesn’t dry out my skin when bathing her :)

This shampoo smells absolutely divine! We actually use this on our naked Sphynx as wanted something that was completely natural. It seems the perfect alternative to the chemically laden ones. At the end of her weekly bath, she smells awesome and is clean as a whistle! :)

Excellent shampoo! The best I ever used on my Persian cat! After bathing, my cat's fur became very soft, without knots, and the smell is mild.
