DGT TPower T-400 Tattoo Power Supply

This thing has worked very well for me.I had the 150 dollar critical power supply a few years ago before I had to sell all my tattoo equipmentI recently started from scratch and got back into tattooing and spend good money on an fk irons machine and another hand built machine. I bought waverly colors, and top notch needles and tubes as I wasn't willing to skimp on the quality of my equipment. When it came time to get a power supply I was pretty taped out financially, and having had Chinese supplies prior to getting my critical power supply years ago, I understood the importance and difference in having a good consistent smooth power supply. I found this one and decided to give it a shot, and if I didnt like it to buy another critical or find a used eikon on ebay.I got the item in two days, and after about 10 tattoos I must say I have no complaints. A brighter display would be cool, and for the first day for some reason the preset volts werent saving but it magically corrected itself. for 60 bucks and 10 solid tattoos It could crap out tomorrow and I'd chalk it up to the game and buy another one.I miss sandwich bagging my old critical but I just wrap the face with plastic wrap and wrap it around the sides. one rubber band bettwen the buttons on the middle of the supply holds the plastic in place just fineWill probably buy one more as a back up as I'm sure these aren't built to last forever

Received the product and it looked used, does not power on when plugged in, nothing. I will change this review once I receive a working unit and/or receive a refund. Lost a lot of faith in Amazon and TMX with this purchase...UPDATE- the return process was simple, and I received my refund a few days after they received the unit. TMXX confirmed that it was factory defective, and once I put an order in for a new T-400, they assured me that they checked the functionality before shopping it to me. Happy to say I received it 3 days later and in great working condition. Its a high quality power supply at a very reasonable price. Would def recommend to anyone looking to upgrade from the cheap power supply they received with their kit, or to upgrade in general. Ran it 2 hours straight w/o overheating or loss of power. Great deal.

didnt even come with a base.. my work station is metal and when the screw on the bottom makes contact the pedal doesnt work it just stays on i had to put tape under it.. my down button works when it wants to. when it works properly its great but thats when and if. over all its nice its just frustraying looking passed the little issues.

Was going great for six months in between a six month the hardest part was trying to turn it back on it was hard to turn on then it blew out my step in power cord and then all of a sudden it stopped working 3 weeks after witch is today for me and I don’t even do tattoos much so that’s Quality

Seems to work pretty damn good thus far. The only thing that I am not liking is that when you turn off the unit it resets all of the programmed settings. Maybe I am doing something wrong....

It worked for split second. I would unplug and plug back in, turn on the power and worked again for a split second. That's about it. For something I paid about $65 for, this thing was a waste of time and an extra $17 since I had to pay for the return shipping since it was not an actual Amazon product was insulting. Better off using the ones you get in a cheap tattoo kit.

This works well very smooth. Would give it 5 stars but base is extremely hard to get on.

I have had mine for a month now maybe 20 hours on it and it only terns on when it wants to and if I can get it to tern on it will only stay on for a few minutes I'm 100% unsatisfied with it
