Knife sharpener
Works well and keeps my wife happy.

Great but won’t fix jacked up knifes
Very sharp on everything with an edge already, if you have knifes all chipped and jacked up don’t bother. Get a new knife set, that’s not what this is designed for. But for sharping a knife that’s just dull- best Iv used

Just right
The grit is just right for me; right in the middle. Rough enough to cut and to tune up. Too fine and it doesn’t sharpen. Too rough and the edge is grabby. Long enough to handle a 12” blade. Made to last, it’s worth the extra money. Steels are designed for keeping an edge tuned up, not for setting the bevel and sharpening from scratch. I use it every time I start to cook.

Steal for a good steel
Does a nice job. Not sure that it will put a fine finish on a knife?

Favorite sharpener
My favorite sharpener. lasts for a long time but will eventually lose its rough texture which stops sharpening as well.

Wont last long
Never, ever buy it again. It lost its diamond particles within a few days. Disappointing.

an easy way to keep expensive knives sharp
I use this daily five days a week 40 hours a day and it works as advertised! The handle is large and securely attached. The ceramic shaft works great!

This is a hone anyone can use
The weight, the balance, the feeling, and the grit (1000) makes it a perfect hone...….GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK.
