BIG DENT--do not buy if you want your office to look professional
This file holder came with a dent in its side. It appears made from particleboard, and looks like it was dented before shipping, as the packaging actually looks secure.I'm very disappointed, as I will not be able to use this in any area of my office where there are patients, I'll have to hang it in the storage room, so it really defeats the purpose of buying this for any patient area. In this case, who cares if it's HIPAA compliant or not, right? Should've gone with a cheap plastic one. Definitely not worth the price for this one.

Sturdy & wood finish was perfect
Was exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy & wood finish was perfect. I was hoping for a solid bottom for where the files sit. It is perfect for lightweight files. However, I am using this to collect cords & tablets for a charging station in my kitchen and worry that the bottom may break over time.

Nice, very nice book rack.
Nice, very nice quality and well made. I cannot find anything even slightly bad to say. The quality looks there, the wood is well finished with a rich cherry wood color. It includes two screws for mounting to whatever you would like plus wood caps to go over the screws.I would definitely recommend this item to anyone in the market for an item like this. You will be pleased with your purchase.

Looks just as pictured.
I've installed it in my guest bathroom -- it just matches the wood of the towel racks and toilet paper holder, and holds magazines (and a spare pair of reading glasses for me). It's exactly what I wanted, and looks great.

not well made
I was disappointed that the bottom of the holder had gaps on the front and back so papers could stick through. Only the sides are solid wood. The rest is a thick cardboard-like material. When I went to return, the policy was they charge you $9 for the original shipping and $6 to restock. So I almost kept it because with the cost of return shipping, it was getting very close to the cost of the item. However the quality was poor enough that I decided to return.
