Digs into the hips and over-all quality of materials used in all the various parts of the product is low grade, unfortunately.I took out the plastic bar you hand on and now I am only using the cylinder padding for a yoga trapeze swing (seperate & different product from another brand) to pad my hips when doing inversions.So... quality is lacking and design is NOT ergonomic... so I cannot recommend this to my community.

It is not the product pictured, and I'm worried it is too insecure (wobbles). Also, I did not receive the safety wedge or plastic bar. You will also need a large Phillips screwdriver. I would like the product that is in the display.

Nothing gives me relief from my herniated disk like this inversion sling. After hanging for 5 minutes, I feel a lot better for 1-2 hours, and I think long term use will pay off. I also have spondylolisthesis grade 1-2.I recommend buying the swing only, and purchasing the door gym at Walmart.

Best inversion, hanging from your largest joint, pelvis. There are other door mounting systems that give one more room. This was a gift to our son when he moved out-at his request.

I was very disappointed with this item the safety bracket very flimsy the staps on the side of the swing tore away from the swing I would not reccomend this I would like to return but don't know how Gerry Dawson

A must have if you have any tension in your body. Two minutes a day stretches the tension away:)
