I never write reviews but I had to say something for those who feel stuck and dealing with some "stuff". READ THIS BOOK! This book is incredible from beginning to end. This book is transformative! Not the usual "self help" book. The author's writing is very introspective, down to earth, well thought out, great concepts, knowledgeable. I love how each chapter flowed into the next. The quotes. The reflections. Stair steps for self development and growth. Every chapter felt like a friend holding your hand helping you journey through mental clarity. Great ques for dealing with anxiety, stress, depression and over thinking something I personally deal with. I feel free and clear after completing this book. I had so much mental clutter. Totally clean. Such a relief!

This book is teaching me how to let go of the people places and things that’s not serving me and also how to stand up for myself daily I like the fact that it has questions at the end of each chapter to see what you want to change and need help working on and what you have learned through each point!!! This book is giving me so much life and life lessons things that I will be passing on to my children and children’s children I love this book I highly recommend it!!!!

That this was an actual read. Just a bunch of one page liners or stories. Wasn’t what I was looking for at all

Wow. I read this book in less than two days. The writing in this book really hit home to me on freeing my mental clarity and being able to free myself from the negative energies that have held me back from living my life in the utmost glory that it deserves. I highlighted everything that aligned with my soul so I could reflect on it. If you have lived or experienced any kind of trauma, let down, betrayal or dishonesty from someone else in your life, you need to read this. You owe it to yourself to pick up this book and learn that you are not alone and that there is a life that’s waiting for you, that you have yet to let in and experience. Thank-you Sylvester for sharing your life to us.

This book is so relatable. It was to me as a 25-year old woman even though the author is an older male. Very respectful to all religions and shared great messages through the entire book. Read it ready to see yourself.

This book is AMAZING & POWERFUL on so many levels... insightful, thought-provoking, lens widening and SO much perspective.Sylvester challenges you to start questioning and challenging 'authority' and authoritarian society rules. To become a free thinker and form your own beliefs; to dig deep and discover your thoughts and beliefs of yourself and others... why you think and feel the way you do. To practice mindfulness, seek out self-love and compassion for self and others. Definitely a book to expand and upgrade your mindset, self-confidence and awareness of how powerful energy is. I bought this book after reading Sylvester’s other book “care package” his books are amazing and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on “Free Your Energy”For someone like me who doubts and over thinks EVERYTHING it gave me so much reassurance. It covers several of topics that we as a generation need to hear. I definitely recommend this book and I’m so excited to share this book and pass it along to my fellow colleagues, friends and family!Also, if you get the chance go to his talks they are so much fun and worth it. Sylvester is a humble man and carries himself very well you wouldn’t regret supporting him. He cares about his supporters and is always interacting with them.

The first book I read by this author was “Lust for Life”, this is the second book I’ve read of his and definitely not disappointed. Sylvester McNutt III deliverers once again. It is such a refreshing positive read! There are so many hidden gems that should be applied on a day to day basis. Freeing your energy is empowering, letting go of what no longer serves us and focusing on the things in live that truly matter no matter how big or small. My favorite part of the book is the self reflection questions at the end of each book where you reflect upon your life.Great buy !

This book is hands down one of the greatest books that I have ever read! Sylvester has created a book filled with inspiring ways that you can become the best version of yourself. I have read this book twice already and am in love. If you are looking for a book that will guide you and give you the confidence to live your best, most real life, this is the book for you. I absolutely loved this book! It has opened my mind about so much of my life, and certain things that I needed to hear to help myself get through some hard times. I will cherish this book forever. I highly recommend everyone reads this book, it will change your perspective on life!!
