I've started hill walking and unfortunately I suffer from arthritis in my knees. Having spoken to some fellow walkers I was advised to get some carbon fiber lightweight walking poles. I searched and found these and a very reasonable price. I have used them this weekend for the first time in the Lake District. They make such a difference and help support an aging walker like myself. They are completely adjustable for people of different statures, I'm short so could make them to a comfortable height. The handles are lovely and soft as are the wrist straps. I will probably only use them in fine weather but they come with a selection of different tips for different conditions. Being carbon fibre they are extremely light and strong and easy to carry in the small bag provided when not in use. Well made and I'm sure they will get plenty of use.

Excellent product. My husband is delighted with them - much better than his old walking poles. Comes with a range of "heads" but I suspect he'll use only a couple of these.

Bought these for my husband who always seems to be slipping over when we go out hill walking, he says they are brilliant.Used on a snowy day in a forest and even though he still slipped he never actually fell over.

Great poles - my wife persuaded me to spend a bit more rather than buying my usual cheap choice! The cam lock system for adjustment is really easy and quick to use, even with gloves on. They even come with little clips to join the poles together to make them easier to carry.
