HARD TO INSTALL!
I’m extremely mechanical. I build stuff. I work in the construction industry. I am strong (for a girl). This cup is the same brand as my mom’s wheel chair, so one would think it would be simple to install. I bought 2, one for HER to use, The other for ME to use while pushing her through park/zoo, etc. The frame of the wheelchair are all the same size so one would think that if it fit one place, it would fit another. THIS WAS INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO INSTALL! It comes with 2 sizes of spacers. The rubber ribs don’t easily fit into then bracket, if you don’t get them straightened out, it will not fit on the bar. BUT if you don’t use a spacer, it just flops around. The bracket doesn’t have enough of a flange to pinch it together so that you can get the screw started. It is an engineering catastrophe. I am only keeping ONE that I bought ONLY because it is installed already. I never could get the 2nd to install. The screw is about 1/8” too short. The NUT is inside a plastic handle (so you can turn it by hand, rather than using tools) but it wiggles back and forth so that it pushes away from the bolt while you are trying to get it to connect and begin to screw together. There is not enough room on the bracket to pinch it together by hand so that the bolt will go into the nut, therefore, practically impossible to install. Now imagine that I’m an elderly person, or worse yet, someone with arthritis in my hands. This “name brand” attachment is AWFUL.

Needed modification, but seems okay so far?
As a lot of other users have said, this product did not fit directly with the parts offered. But if you read the reviews before you order, and go in expecting that -- you can't hold it too much against them. Such is the way with "universal" fitting products. The bolt offered seems too long to go through the plastic mounting bracket hardware. And using the nut and turning handle offered it only turns onto the tip of the bolt and then locks in. I'm not a gear-head so I don't what is called -- but the nut provided has a rubberized ring material in it and it only allows it to go a specific distance onto the bolt and then it stops. This left the entire mounting bracket completely loose and floppy. Like, not even close to cinched down in place or fully installed. All I did was get a different nut that fit the same bolt, but didn't have that rubberized locking feature built in and would let the bolt pass all the way through it. Cinched it down with a wrench instead of the turn-handle-knob-thing provided, and Bob's your uncle! Worked just fine for my situation because of where it's mounted on my wheelchair, the excess bolt sticking out is not a problem. It points to the inside, at the undercarriage. I could see it being an issue if it was mounted certain ways on a walker or rollator, though... closer to where the user sits and has their hands all the time. So beware of that. But it certainly didn't require hours of thought, modification, and machining to modify as other users have said.... just a new nut for the bolt provided. I have not been out to field test it yet. All I have to offer is an installation review, but I'll update as needed. 😊

Great Cup Holder
I bought this for my mom to attach to her Rollater. She states it is a nice added feature and uses it all the time. She is very happy with it. It does stay securely on the arm of her Rollater quite well.

Problems
As a coffee cup holder among many other things it’s great I like the open non gripping design that way you don’t have to fight with it to get your cup out and spill your coffee everywhere. No matter what you put in it even if it’s smaller and slides around don’t worry it won’t fall over. It grips what ever you clamp it to good and tight. The problem is the threaded cap it’s designed completely wrong. The threads should be flush to the front not inset. Also the bolt should never bottom out within its clamp range. If you replace the cap with an 8 x 1.25 mm nut with a washer under it your good to go.

FITS PERFECTLY, WONDERFUL ACCESSORY FOR YOUR WALKER
I LOVE IT! My husband put it on for me and it fits PERFECTLY. A lot of people had commented it did not fit, even with shim(s) (you get 2 with it and we used one to mount beside back rest), but it fits perfectly and doesn't interfere when I sit; however, when I tried to put it on it looked pitiful so get someone who knows what they're doing LOL. Others said your beverages will spill when going over bumps -- UH, isn't this common sense?? If you ride along in a car with a beverage sitting in the cup holder even with a lid sometimes it will leak out if you hit a bump, as expected. The picture shows the adjustment handle on the outside but my husband put it on the inside which is great for me with the size disposable cups I use -- helps take up extra space still with plenty of room. I also love the convenience of being able to 'carry' things using either the seat or the cloth basket under the seat. I'm planning on getting another walker to keep in the car and I will definitely get one of these!

5 STAR SERVICE
You know, I'm not sure it is a 5 star product, but DEFINITELY 5 star service, The first one was defective (no inner threads on the cupholder attachment where there was also supposed to be a hole, but wasn't) I finally figured out I was not crazier than normal and put in for a return. They had a new one to be in 2 days no charge and didn't have to return the other. In retrospect, it is at least 4 1/2 start product. Its just a challenge to get the threads started on the hand wheel thingy when you use one of the spacers, which i did need for a DRIVE rollator (which is AWESOME for my Dad, who said he would never use one! Like having a private shopping cart from fridge to table). However, it worked out and is solid as a rock and holds a variety of cup shapes and sized both hot and cold. Thank you for the great service!
