This is a great grounding pillowcase. It actually does work. I have tested it with a grounding tester, and it does show that it is grounded. If I put the tester on my arm and then touch the pillowcase, it shows that I am grounded through the pillowcase. Grounding has very valuable health benefits, especially these days with all the EMF around. If you desire to try the concept of grounding, I can assure you that this pillowcase does test as being grounded, as long as you have grounded outlets in your house.

I kept getting ads popping up on social media for grounding products and I was curious. I never trust the companies that advertise there so headed to Amazon instead. I decided to try this pillowcase because I was a bit skeptical and this was a less expensive way to give it a try.The material of the pillowcase is nothing special and maybe a little rough at first. I researched to see if I could put another pillowcase over the top but no, this one has to come in contact with your skin. I tried it and it really wasn't bad to sleep on at all. The construction seems good and I haven't had any problems with, or really even noticed, the lead and wires.So the first couple nights I was like "yeah, I don't know". I kind of quit thinking about it until probably a week later when I suddenly realized that for the first time in ages, I was sleeping solid from the time I went to bed until about 4:00 in the morning. I usually wake up at least once before that with a hot flash or an aching back so this was a huge improvement for me! Then I realized I was falling back to sleep after that and getting between 2 and 3 additional hours of sleep instead of tossing and turning until I finally gave in and got up like I used to and I was definitely having fewer hot flashes... probably only one at that 4:00 time.I am so extremely happy with this technology that I'm actually going to try a sheet to see if it will help my husband like it's helped me! I have to say, just give this pillowcase and the technology a try. It turned me from a healthy skeptic to a true believer 😊

Great grounding! Did notice benefits of better sleep and reduced joint pain. A little stiffer material than a typical pillow case. Which is why 4 stars otherwise I would have said 5. Very good price and quality grounding.

Don’t bother with this. It has a slight electric buzz feeling, but I couldn’t tell any difference in my sleep with or without it.The cord that goes into your outlet only covers a portion of it. And is extra long.

Well, I wanted to try the sheets but my husband was skeptical so I thought I would just get the pillowcase and try it. I did not tell him that it came in I just put it on my pillow and plugged it in. I did not think about it when I went to bed but when I got up in the morning my husband asked me if I by chance got the grounding pillowcase. I said yes why. He said because you fell asleep while we were talking. I also noticed when I woke up in the middle of the night that I was able to get back to sleep easily. I will update in a week and see how it goes..

I'm not sure I buy into all the claims but I'll review objectively. As a pillowcase, it's fine. Not too stiff. Fits correctly as described. I have seen no positive or negative changes in pain or comfort. It does have a very long cord that plugs into a ground (10-15 feet? Plenty long for any room that meets US electrical codes for outlet spacing). I'm suggesting that the long cord is a good thing... It's easy to move around if you are a restless sleeper and <almost> not notice that there is a cord attached. A hand or fingers will occasionally find the cord while getting comfortable. The cord "snaps" onto the pillow, so it should disconnect with a lot of force... that hasn't happened yet. It's machine washable. Not sure how durable the filaments that are woven throughout the pillow are, nor how to verify that they are still working months or years down the road. I feel like a grounded fitted sheet would be a more practical solution as you would be more assured to have contact with a working grounding thread and you would never need to notice the cord at all. But if you want to try grounding and see if it makes any difference for you, you might as well try with the pillowcases since they are less expensive.
