A little too simplistic
I am a professional counselor. I was attracted to the idea of a set of cards with a helpful concept on each one. I thought they would be great to remind my clients, and myself, of basic skills. However I haven't ended up using the card set, they are just too simplistic. The concepts are something anyone would think of without referring to the cards. I had hoped for something more detailed and more helpful.

Great quality & concept. I am so happy to have these cards 1 question I do have.
So excited to begin using these cards. I skimmed through them as soon as they arrived & I love the layout, concept, & the few “tips” I scanned through have me beyond excited to begin using! 1 do have 1 question, if it’s possible for anyone to answer, is there a specific order to the 3 categories that should be used or is it completely up to me? ( for ex: do I use all the think cards, then move to act, etc. or do I use 1 think, next day 1 act, next day 1 be. Or is it completely up to me, mix up, do whatever I like?) the adhd brain in me has me second guessing this answer lol. I used CBT for 9yrs to manage my adhd symptoms & it worked (no meds) until I went through cancer & lost my fiancé & life had me completely empty on what I had learned. W/ todays MH staffing issues this is a GREAT tool for me to start working on picking back up the CBT I had implemented for so many years while I work to get settled into a consistent therapist! So excited, I feel this will be life changing!

Great idea, terrible card-feel
I think the idea behind these cards is awesome - and the content on the cards is great. However, if you're going to make a deck, you need to invest in card stock and design quality which has a huge impact on usability. These cards are paper-thin, hard to separate, and have sharp corners. They don't feel good or handle well at all. It's like a stack of paper. Concept = 5/5; Design = 2/5; Overall execution = 3/5

Great for self improvement!
A friend and I use these cards together to work on different aspects of our anxiety and self esteem issues. The cards are very helpful to keep momentum going when you're between therapy sessions or just wanting to put some thought into how you're doing! They are thoughtful, pointed and completely doable on a daily basis! Great set and well worth having!
