I've only used these for egg bites so far and I'm very impressed with the molds. I had concerns the egg bites wouldn't slip out easily and debated about buying silicone molds instead, but I'm glad I got these. Grease the molds well and the eggbites slide right out after running a knife around the edge. Easy washing up too (I wash by hand). The push pan is 7" diameter, with a carry handle for lifting out of the pressure cooker safely. I use it in my 6qt Instant Pot, place push pan on the trivet that comes with the IP and add a cup of water, then 8 mins to cook the egg bites, 5 mins natural release then vent. Easy! A little condensation collected on the top of some egg bites, I drained it off before turning out of mold. If this bothers you, perhaps a piece of foil over the top during cooking would help, especially if cooking something like mini muffins. The texture of the egg bite is soft and fluffy, very different to a baked one. (The recipe had me use a blender which would've aerated the mixture.) Now the egg bite recipe I used from a food blog site called Detoxinista, called for 5 large eggs cooked in silicone molds. This didn't make enough mixture to fill all the molds so I increased to 7 eggs and another spoonful of water. My eggs were medium sized and maybe these molds hold slightly more than silicone molds, so adjust your recipe accordingly. Next time I would try a different recipe that includes cottage cheese and see if the extra volume makes a difference. I intend to use the push pan for cheesecake & meatloaf so will update this review when I make those.

I just received my new 7" Stainless Steel Cake Push Pan with 7 Stainless Steel Egg Molds. The quality is excellent. It was heavier than I expected and very well made. I will use it in my 6 Quart Instant Pot. It has a good sturdy handle so it will be easy to lower into the pot and take back out again. It also came with 50 sheets of parchment paper liners that fit perfectly in the pan! Can't wait to try it out!

Love cooking with the Instant Pot. Really like Egg Bites. Perfect take to work food. Have never had positive vibes regarding silicone cookware so I don't own any. So glad I found these. I did wonder if I was going to have to use a lot of oil to get them to release easily. Tried a hack. I line these stainless steel molds with cup cake liners. It works perfectly! Super delicious results. No extra oil. Nothing to clean up! Very satisfied with this product.

Out of the box I was delighted to behold my new super shiny mirror finished push pan with handle and mini tins that I ordered for my vortex and instant pot. After washing them up, I set about experimenting by making mini pineapple upside-down cakes. They turned out so yummy and cute. They baked up really fast in the vortex ...about 10minutes. I love the little cups; they work well nestled in the handled pan.Next experiment was making more pineapple upside down cake in the push pan. I was sad but not surprised that much of the sauce escaped through the bottom. Remember to only cook thicker batters in this push pan!! I’ve deducted a star for the leaking bottom. Designers would do well to find a way to minimize such leaking.I’m thrilled with the handle on the pan. It makes managing the mini cups a breeze and gives extra confidence moving the hot pan around. I can see it being very helpful when used in my instant pot pressure cooker.Thanks to Hatrigo Brands for a beautiful and useful piece of stainless steel cookware.

The media could not be loaded. I just tried making egg bites with my new Hatrigo Stainless Steel Cake Push Pan with Egg Bites Molds, and I couldn’t be happier with it! I’ve used the Sous Vide method of cooking various egg dishes, but this was so much quicker, it’ll be my go to from now on. Next up will be egg custards… And breakfast casserole…I also made an angel food cake in the pan, and it came out beautifully, although my family ate it so fast I didn’t get a picture, hahaha!I recommend the purchase of the Hatrigo Stainless Steel Cake Push Pan with Egg Bites Molds to anyone who enjoys cooking, especially in their Instant Pot.

Although I haven't used this yet, I can see that it is a quality product and meets my needs. It sits perfectly in my Instant Pot. I got it to steam a Christmas Cake that will be made now for next Christmas. The pan will sit on the rack that comes with the cooker for a slow steam bath which is required for this type of cake. The pan is heavy gauge stainless steel, very nicely made. I will probably use it for other purposes as well.

I just received this and am extremely happy with the quality. It is a heavier gauge that I feel will be around a long time. I opted for this over the spring form pan as most of the reviews for them claimed the latch broke and that they were very light weight. It fits nicely into my 6 quart instant pot with the trivet. I am looking forward to making my first cheese cake this weekend. I am still looking for ways to use the included egg bite cups.

The product looks good but I have no clue how to use it. If I can't get instructions I will return it.

I love this set. The little cups are adorable and perfect for egg bites, mini muffins, mini meatloaf, mini anything. And the cheesecake pan is great. (And believe me, I know cheesecake. Just Google "Rootitoot Cheesecake" if you have any doubt. That's me: Rootitoot. I've made hundreds of them and other people all over the world have made thousands.)I love that this pan is stainless steel, not aluminum. It is good quality, easy to clean and has a great handle for easy removal from an Instant Pot or other electric pressure cookers.I'm picky. Very picky. But I'd buy this pan again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

This is a very well-made stainless steel push pan with mini egg molds. The pan interior has a mirror finish. The egg molds have a brushed interiot. I have used the push pan in my pressure cooker to make a cheese cake and it worked well. The sturdy handle is a definite bonus. The pan was easy to clean (handwashed). I have yet to try the egg molds.

I absolutely love this cake pan. It is so sturdy and easy to clean! My favourite feature is the handle. No more dropping things upside down while struggling to remove them from my Instant Pot! The 7 little egg bite molds are just a bonus and including parchment paper sheets just the right size is a nice touch as well. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

When I bought my instant pot I had heard about all the people making great cheesecakes, but then when I learned about all the headaches of getting them in and out, as well as the water dripping on the cheesecake, I became discouraged. Then, I found this and it did the trick! The handle was what sold me, and makes it easy to get out of the instant pot.Word of warning, and my only issue: It can be a little difficult to get the cake out of the pan. I like the little molds better. You might want to get something to place underneath for the push up part of the pan.
