Packing not good
Worst packing. No bubble wrap or even cardboard used. Simply kept in plastic cover and sent. I don't like to receive defective items hence ordered for replacement.Product is good and excellent only set back is it does not have water drain hole at bottom. I purchased a hand driller I will make 1 of my own !

Very happy with it and surely I'll order more. Everyone please go ahead and use atleast one in your home. This is the least we can do for our environment.One request to Petnest, please improve your packaging.
