How the author came up with the diet that he claims helped him, I have no clue. I would not recommend this book to anyone. Aside from the fact that it does not cost even one dollar, the book's contents look to me very suspicious.

too thin too simple
too thin a book, the content can be found easily in Internet. Printing from home printer can produce a similar "book". It is like a $2 magazine sold on street side.
