such a fun way to encourage reading
Pictures are vivid, and the choose your own adventure option is great for kids who have a hard time falling in love with reading. The story is very sweet.

Decent Book
This book was a little simple for my 7 year old, would be better suited to a younger child but I'm glad it exposed her to the choose-your-own-adventure style books since they were one of my favorites growing up!

Great choice
I grew up reading these stories. A beautiful blend of storytelling perfect for my 5/7 year old girls. They didn’t want me to stop reading.

Cute book but didn’t flow well in parts
Cute book but some choices brought us to pages that just didn’t flow very well and we had to reread the page to get a grasp of what what supposed to be going on. Overall good choice but not one of our favorites.Thought it was odd the author chose to include a picture of her holding a political piñata in the back of a children’s book.

Love reading, love these books
I loved the choose your own adventure stories as a kid and now I can share that live with my youngest daughter. We both loved this story and have enjoyed a couple different endings so far

Not much choosing
This particular story is not a great one but it had enough to play with my daughter's imagination. The big disappointment was that rarely was there any choice to be made, you'd just be sent to another page. It was like reading a normal book, but having to jump back and forwards to get to the end.

Dull
Interminably dull, story made no sense whatsoever. Many of these books are exciting, this one is not.

strong imagination
This book is a good fun way to encourage anyone with a strong imagination.I was able to show my daughter how you can change a story. How you can start one way but move it along to be more enjoyable or dramatic. It's encouraged her to read more and write more.

Great for early readers
I do wish the first part was shorter, as it takes a long time to get to the first decision. So you are re-reading quite a bit each time you start.
