10/10 would buy again
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My dog gets bad anxiety during storms and fireworks. This has been the only cage that she can't break out of. It wasn't difficult to setup, I did it by myself in about 10 min. I get lots of compliments on the look of it and the sturdiness of it. The wheels lock in place so it doesn't shift around when she adjusts herself in it but when I need to take the cage with us it's lightweight enough to lift into the back of the truck. I like that it's big enough for my XL dog to move around but narrow enough to fit through a door without having to take it apart. Would recommend to all dog owners, it's a great investment for your pet.

Durable and functional
The size of the kennel is perfect for our two dogs to fit in comfortably. We get compliments all the time about how nice the kennel looks. Our lab would chew through and break her way out of metal kennels and the plastic igloo ones. This is the only kennel that has been able to withstand her methods of escape. There are wheels to help with ease of moving as it is pretty heavy. Easy to clean and we even take it with us on camping trips. I do like the latch system, but it can be easy to lose one of the pieces that screw in and out to hold the latch in place. It would be great if it came with an extra piece for that, but overall I would absolutely recommend!

best crate ever
this crate is PERFECT. my 18lb shiba inu is the best escape artist ever. he has completely destroyed the standard bars in 5 different kennels. one time he managed to move the bars and get his head and neck through it and when i got home he was choking because he wasn’t able to free himself. i was scared to kennel him from that point on but he needs to be kenneled at certain times so i got this. yes he’s so small but you’d be surprised how much damage he can cause, it’s insane. so far so good in this, he hasn’t even tried to mess with the bars and even if he does, they aren’t going anywhere. it’s so huge that him and my 35lb aussie fit in there together and still have a good amount of room in it. my 80lb GSD can also fit in here by himself and can’t get the bars to budge, it’s a little tight fitting for him but it’s sturdy enough for him and he’s also destroyed quite a few cages. i haven’t ever spent this much on a crate and i was a little skeptical especially with some of the conflicting reviews but i am SUPER pleased with this purchase. i have so much peace of mind now knowing my dog will be safe when he needs to be kenneled. i am also the worst person ever when it comes to having to put things together but this literally took me maybe 6/7 minutes to install, it was super easy. 10/10 recommend!

Not durable against the determined
I've got a 50 lb pittie. I got the cage about 2:00 or 3 years ago. For the first year and a half to two years it worked great. Over the last three months my dog has decided that he is going to try to chew his way through the cage. I don't have a camera setup, so I'm not sure what all went in to breaking the cage apart. I can tell you that the cage bars are hollow, therefore he was able to chew at them repeatedly until eventually the welded spots started loosening on the door itself. Once he figured out that he could do that he chewed and banged at the door until the latch was messed up and the outer bars were disconnected from the inner bars of the cage door. If your dog is intimidated by the kennel, or just in general not that determined, this would work great. If your dog has already been through a couple of heavy cages already, this will be no different. The quality was fantastic and it was easy to set up so I think it's a great cage, just not durable enough for my dog. And yes it did mess up his teeth.

Escape artist no more!
Our dog does not escape from this cage. He is so strong he could pop open the latched wire cages. He even squuzed through the top and bottom of those structures. He cannot get out of this one. Good quality. Collapses easily for transfer in the car.

Escape Proof
I have a 45 lb bulldog escape artist who could not be contained in a standard collapsible kennel even when it was reinforced with zip ties. After hours of online shopping I went with this kennel as it seemed like a good solution that is substantially cheaper than the other heavy duty crates on the market. I was a little concerned about the quality after reading reviews, but I haven’t had any issues. After assembly I did notice that there is a bar underneath at the back that is slightly bent, but it is not visible from the front and has not affected the functionality. It took some time to put together, but was not too difficult.I like that the bottom of the kennel is secure and escape-proof, but I was worried it wouldn’t be comfortable on her feet when standing. I think it would be fine bare, but I cut some ½ inch gym mats to fit very snugly in the bottom of the kennel to give her some padding on the bottom that she can’t remove or chew on.

Best crate ever
Sturdy, substantial and our puppy loves it! A first for him because he has never liked any of the other crates we have tried. He will even go in this one on his own and lay down. Our other dog sometimes joins him! The pad we bought for it makes it very comfortable. He is so content in this crate that he has not even tried to chew it up, which has happened many times before in different crates. That tells me his anxiety is quelled and he feels secure but not trapped. The latches are great because even if they were to get jostled they will not open on their own. He has escaped other crates. Worth every penny and wish we has gone this route much sooner.

Worth Every Penny
Probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This crate has completely changed my dog’s life. She’s a 55lb pitbull with severe separation anxiety. She broke out of and destroyed two regular wire crates and even cut herself on the wires. Leaving her out of a crate isn’t an option either, she chews baseboards when left alone. This crate is definitely an investment, but it’s 100% worth it. She can’t escape it, and more importantly, she’s learned to love it. She usually sleeps next to us, but now she sometimes chooses to go downstairs and sleep in her crate on her own. It’s her space where she feels safe and undisturbed. I’ve included photos so you can see how well it fits her size. We’ve had it for 5 years and still going strong.
