I’ve been using the Dr.Foot Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts for a few weeks, and I’m really impressed with how comfortable and well-designed they are. The heel support is excellent — it provides just the right amount of lift without throwing off my balance or making my shoes feel tight. The adjustable layers are a great touch, allowing me to customize the height boost depending on which shoes I’m wearing. The material quality feels premium — soft yet durable — and it doesn’t flatten out after hours of use. I also appreciate that the inserts are washable, which helps keep them fresh and hygienic. One pleasant surprise is that there’s no strong chemical smell like with some other inserts. The softness makes them easy to wear all day, and the subtle height boost looks completely natural — just enough to improve posture and comfort without being noticeable. Just as described. I only use the 1/8" insert, I haven't had to use the extra ones, but they work great. they fir comfortably in my shoes. I use them in my boots and running shoes, cant even tell its there.

These were too thick for my knee and my shoes so I did actually return them, but they seem like a good product

These heel lifts completely saved me on my trip to Japan, where I was walking close to 20,000 steps a day with Achilles tendonitis. Before using them, long days on my feet were painful, but these took the pressure off my tendon and made walking so much easier. I wear them under my regular shoe inserts, and they stay perfectly in place without sliding or shifting. The adjustable layers let me find the exact height that felt best, and they fit comfortably in every pair of shoes I’ve tried. I liked them so much that I ended up buying a set for all my shoes and even recommended them to my mom—she’s now using them too and loves them. They’re soft, durable, and have held up great even with daily use. I have bought these same ones 6 times already and will continue to buy them for every pair of shoes I have from here on out.

OK, maybe I'm just cheap, but I bought these with the intention of using them in whatever pair of shoes I am wearing that day, switching them as needed. So these arrive, three different lifts that you can stick together to create level you prefer (use one, two or three - or technically, if you don't want them in both shoes, you could get one lift as high as 6 levels together). First glitch was that it was tricky to line them up exactly when sticking them together, and once they are together, good luck prying them apart to reposition. Each layer has the sticky part covered with a slick, clear plastic. In theory, that shouldn't be a problem, but it also means that when all 3 layers are stuck together, the bottom still has that plastic, unless you are willing to uncover the sticky. So I put them in my shoes, and as the day went on, I soon discovered that the plastic cover makes them slick, and they slide around in my shoes. I dealt with it for a few days, and then realized that the plastic cover was starting to come off anyway, so I decided to just remove it and stick them in the shoes, hoping that they would transfer to other pairs without too much trouble. This is working for now, and the inserts stay in place while wearing them, but peeling them up and putting them in a different pair of shoes is not all that easy. I also noticed that they are definitely showing signs of wear and permanent indentations after only a couple weeks of use, which means that they are no longer lifting as much as they should. I suspect they won't last much longer and I'll need new lifts. I will definitely choose a different brand for my next ones and watch for a something that will transfer to different pairs better.

I have one leg shorter than the other. I did not find this out until pretty late in life so some damage was already done. My doctor recommended inserts for my right shoe since it was the sorter leg. He gave me some, and they were really hard. They worked ok under an insole but they didn't fit the bill for a lot of my shoes, especially sandals. I tried 5-7 different brand of inserts on Amazon and retail places. Almost all of them required some sort of modification to fit in my shoe correctly and I had to use some additional adhesive to get them to work, there are sized great. The Dr Foot lifts are by far the best ones I have used. My foot and back pain are all but gone. Walking ease or standing for a long period is no longer absolutely miserable for me. The support provided is great, even though it's not as firm as the Doctor provided ones. They are durable enough to be used in my sandals and slides. I did have to use some double sided tape for those since there is nothing to hold them in place like you would have in a shoe , and water does release the adhesive that comes with them (wash a reuse principle). Overall they are just what I needed to stop the pain.

Better for use and hard sold shoes adhesion. Not so great in tennis shoes with a cloth interior, but the fact that you're able to stack these for the amount of cushion and height that you need is a plus so I'm definitely going to be still using them. Can't really say how they work or not as I had not used them. So I will come back and edit this at a later time.

My physical therapist recommended this product because my right leg is now longer than the left leg after a full right hip replacement. The insert raises my left heel the couple of centimeters I needed for an “even” leg length to walk. The texture is soft, and the density is comfortable. It stays in place most of the time, but periodically I have to re-position it if it moves out of place. I liked being able to gradually and systematically add a slim layer to test appropriate thickness and height. I may need actual shoe lift, but this will get me by until then. I have been using it every day, most of the day for 2 months and thus far it’s lasting.

I put these on my flipflops and are so comfy. Thanx very much.

These work very well. Stay in place. Surface washable or underside can be washed also if starts to unstick. Easy care.
