Keeps me on track. I take it with me to see my endocrinologist. I am a physician, so I like to have the answer to some of the ignorant statements the endocrine doc and nurses ask, like, "Your glucose levels here are very high!" or "Your morning glucose levels are too high, so we'll need to add another medication." The Glucograf forms allow me to give the docs/nurses the facts: "That high level is because it is NOT a 2 hour post prandial reading" or "The morning level is high because I pigged out at 1 in the morning."

I love this for tracking, I would have given it 5 stars, but it is so expensive I won't. I will still buy these every year.

Useful to get you started on blood glucose tracking. Personally I have set up a spreadsheet for the data that I find useful but this helped me get good ideas.

8.5 x 11" Sometimes it is difficult to get a record keeper. This is larger than expected but helps.

Very frustrating receiving the e-book. The seller claimed they sent it 3 times and I never received it. Finally after getting Amazon involved I was able to speak to the seller. At that point they were very helpful and were able to send it as an attachment to me for iBook/PDF/. Anyway the e-book is really great and very interesting (if at times repetitive) hearing regular people's questions with specific variables in their own circumstances answered by the author in candid responses. I'm enjoying it immensely. I've used info already from it. Ordered a new glucometer as a result. I'm going to challenge my doctor on the use of generic metformin. I recommend this book.. I have started using the Glucograph paper even though I'm not insulin dependent. I don't record much of what is suggested but especially for insulin dependent diabetics it's a very thorough chart which makes the information you input concise and easy to retrieve.
