Takes all the tangles out after shampooing.
Great product for fine or thick curly hair. Does not make my hair thicker, just easy to comb out. I also apply a foam product for thickening. This product comes up on my healthy skin and hair product app as highly safe. I like that!

The lotion version in light blue bottle was better for me that this version
i have mid-length hair and love the Enjoy leave in conditioner in the light blue bottle. It is a lotion and you can distribute it more evenly in your hair than this version. If you like a spray this is great. Having used both just wanted share my preference.
