The plastic part of the arms of my spectacles had broken, leaving the wire underneath. They are one off designer specs, so finding new arms was going to be tricky. Decided to copy the arm design of my lindberg specs, and use a silicone sleeve to prevent the metal of the arms either digging in or reacting with the skin above my ears. Measured the wire with some digital calipers, and ordered. The tubing was a snug fit, but that's perfect. Means spectacle frames will last. Not the intended use by the manufacturer, but absolutely perfect. Lots left over, so added to spares and repairs box.

It came to me on time as normal and is of a high quality and was very good as it does its job well.

I bought this as a sample for a wind tunnel test aerofoil. The bore is very slightly over the quoted 1mm, I measured it at 1.1-1.2mm which means it is too loose when connected to my rig. No problems with the rest of the spec or delivery

Well made, good on sizing, used it on a model railway, no issues at all.
