Shams Turkish Delight, Rose/Pistachio/Cardamom, 8.8-Ounce Box (Pack of 1)

The pieces are small and have lots of powdered sugar which was to be expected from the other review I read. The flavor was decent but the rose completely overpowered the pistachio or any other flavor. If you like rose flavor, and aren't expecting subtle complexity then these are passable.

The flavor was very good, and tasted very similar to some of the Turkish delights I purchased in Sarajevo earlier this summer. But, they were a little on the dry side and I think they had a little too much confectionary powder sugar covering them too.

Not as good as Hazer Baba, but, for the money, not bad.1/20/19 second box not good, would not buy again.

They were ok, I wanted more pistachios and rose flavor.

Good, but almost no rose smell or taste.

Just amazingly goood I bought 4 boxes and didn't share them with any of my friends, just my mom. This is my secret treasure stash that I eat. And cardimon was recommended by Dr. Oz on tv to produce a hormone to calm us ladies down so it serves many many purposes and tastes great. My 2 favorite flavors are pistachios & rose in a turkish delight

Too many large nut chunks,

I'm a lokum/Turkish delight fan, and found this variety tasty. I've purchased Haci Bekir, Liberty Orchards, and Athena brans before, and I'd say this brand is closer to Haci Bekir in size (smaller-sized pieces) and texture. This variety had a somewhat heavy dusting of powdered sugar, but the spices still come through in the flavor.
