Asurion has always come through everytime that I did need to use my extended warranty through Asurion. No hassle claims and always get the money refunded through an Amazon gift card very quickly so that I can replace my item. The Protection plans are truly worth the extra money.

It was a very simple process making a claim thru Asurion. I completed my claim online, printed my return label and brought my original purchase to the UPS Store. Within hours I received refund in the form of a Amazon gift card.

Once I found out how and where to log in, everything was like clockwork. Really a great way to protect your products!

When my trail camera stopped working, Asurion took it back and refunded me the purchase price with no questions asked. The process was easy and painless. Thanks.

1: it has 8 outlets, but only 4 are battery backup2: it’s rated for 360W, but recommendation is 80%. (288W)3: if you have high end PC, this UPS will probably be too small.4: some folks report incompatibility with PC power supplies that have the PFC feature. To test, with everything hooked up and running, unplug the UPS. The unit will switch to battery backup mode and output simulated AC sine wave, vs the normal mode where it just supplies filtered power. After unplugging the ups, if your pc shuts down, you need an ups with true (or pure) sine wave output.5: the battery is Sealed Lead Acid (like all ups in this price range). Expect it to last 3 to 5 years. The battery will last longest if it stays fully charged. Also avoid running the battery down if possible. Every time it discharges, it loses some capacity. The battery is replaceable.

This is a great product insurance company. They gave me a shipping label to ship back a bad wireless security camera. Once I took it to a UPS drop point, and they logged the tracking number for the package to be picked up there, I received a full refund via an Amazon gift card electronically.I'm impressed and will definitely continue buying this insurance for electronic products that I feel could go bad in a year or two, that have moving parts.

Long time purchaser of these plans. Seems like more recently has been a huge hassle trying to get the warranty applied. Last few I have submitted have been rejected under "manufacturer warranty still valid" which has not been true. I think it's an automatic response now when filing online.I've been able to get the warranty applied eventually but such a hassle to call ASURION and wait on hold forever.Think they intentionally have done this to make it more difficult in the hope some customers just go away. 👎
