Eau de Parfum Spray for Women, 3.4 Ounce

I truly can’t believe the quality and performance of this beautiful perfume. It is much better than many scents that are 10 times the cost for a watered down eau de toilette instead of perfume like this is. I am very particular about a scent’s longevity, and this one is quite surprising - I get 12+ hours on well moisturized skin. I use an unscented product for very dry skin before applying scents, which really extends the longevity of perfumes for me. I love powdery amber woody scents, which this is. It’s soft, sweet, warm, deep, and just gorgeous. I have learned that perfume needs to rest after shipping - it makes a huge difference in how it smells and performs if you will put it in a closet for a few weeks when you first receive it and just let it sit. When I open a bottle of this one, I order the next one. It is easily my favorite everyday scent if applied lightly, totally appropriate for the office, church, and anything daytime. More sprays amps it up to a sexy date/evening level. It stays on clothes forever. I often apply this to sleep in. Did I say I love it? I do.

Oh my gosh. What an AMAZING $13 fragrance buy. This smells SO much classier than the price tag, or celebrity "creator," implies. Sandalwood-lover's dream right here. Official notes are as follows: Top notes are saffron, citruses, marigold and spices Middle notes are Indian jasmine, Australian sandalwood and rose petals Base notes are benzoin and vanilla. I'm not a talented "nose" when it comes to fragrances. I can't detect really any of the notes mentioned other than sandalwood upon first spray. Nor did I realize I like sandalwood this much. When I sniff my arm, I can detect florals (rose and jasmine). I can't wait for the drydown! The opening is lovely and elegant. I could see how many people think this fragrance screams older woman, but I don't think so at all. I'm in my mid-30s and am LOVING this. If you like warm, cozy fragrances with a touch of elegance and mystique, you'll like this. I haven't directly smelled benzoin before, but I've read this is a component that turns many people off. Its possible this will "turn" on me once it settles on the skin, but I'll update my review if that's the case. I'd say this is a better fall/winter/cooler temp/evening fragrance. Will that stop me from wearing it in the late hot KY summer? Nope! Too long, didn't read: Recommended if you like more sultry, woodsy/warm scents. Fabulous value for the price!

Packaging: I like the clean packaging and the bottle is pretty and understated. Color: Bourbon tone ( unexpected and makes me question authenticity. The photos I have seen show this is a lighter brown tone. The bottle I received is a very deep tone). This was a blind buy and it was reported to be a spicy floral with vanilla undertones, that is not what I am smelling. At first spray, I get a clean scent with a musky undertone but it dries powdery. I think powdery scents read matronly to me and that is why many are saying they do not like this as young women. However, its cast is not far and I think it could be a good layering fragrance for me to add more femininity to some other scents I wear as a tend to gravitate towards colognes and unisex fragrances. Update: this fragrance I have to spray directly on my skin. It leaves a nice powdery musk that I find intoxicating. I love wearing it to bed or just lounging.

Wow, what to say! If you love sandalwood then you will love this!!! It opens with a warm citrusy spice and mellows out to a woodsy vanilla sandalwood benzoin. Yet isn’t stuffy like other woody scents can be. And it’s also intermingled with saffron, marigolds, rose petals and jasmine that I can’t smell individually but mingled together give this an undercurrent of creamy florals as it drys down. I would say this is a sophisticated scent, simple yet sophisticated. Simple in that it starts, ends and lingers as a warm creamy sandalwood where as some perfumes start off super sweet then become fruity and finally settle into a caramelly warm scent. This fragrance stays true to itself from start to finish. It lasts all day. I get whiffs of it through out my day and it makes me smile. The bottle and packaging are of simple design. I actually really like the box. The bottle is clear and tall to show off the delicious amber colored liquid inside. It’s heavy in the hand. The lid stays on snuggly. I like to layer fragrances. This layers well with any vanilla fragrance or body spray, also with lemon. I have a lemon meringue body spray that I layer under this and it smells absolutely DIVINE!!! If you enjoy warm woodsy amber scents then go ahead and get it!! Update! I love it so much I bought 2 more as back up lol

Update: Don’t know if I got a bad batch or if they accidentally filled the bottles with mens cologne, because the recent one I purchased is not Adam Levine perfume. I have been using this perfume for the last 9 years, so I know what it smells like. The color is completely different and smells super strong like straight alcohol. Gonna try and buy from another marketplace and see if I have better luck. Wouldn’t give me my money back either. Bought this a few years ago because I was a fan of his. Years later and I still use it everyday. Favorite perfume of all time. Nice scent that's not overpowering but lasts all day. I get compliments on it all the time.

This is a beautiful sandalwood amber type fragrance. I’ve read a lot of reviews that said this is a very strong long lasting fragrance but I’m not experiencing that. It seems to be light to moderate in strength, projection and the longevity is actually a little less than average on my skin perhaps they’ve changed the formula? . It turned into a skin scent after about two hours. Still, I think it’s a beautiful scent and I would definitely recommend it. You can find this for less in stores though. Usually $10. I’ve had this perfume a few months now and although I do like it I don’t reach for it often. I think it smells a bit unisex.
