Edible but hard.
These were edible, but were pretty hard. Several were unwrapped so I wasn't able to use them for my Easter egg hunt.

Good sized package of Tootsies for the price!
For the $13.00 spent, this two lb package is great! Not sure why some are complaining about the size. There are a ton of them and the variety is well balanced. The candy is fresh and soft. Good quality overall. This package will last me several months. I will put them in a sealed glass canister to preserve freshness. A very good buy! Recommended!
