With the name Smeg does not mean buying quality
You would think, having paid £124.96 for a quality product, it would last but that is not the case failing to work in just over 12 months - does ‘quality’ and nam mean anything these days - obviously not when a basic toaster will last just s well - the only saving grace is here is a two year warranty and is replaced without any fuss but with a name ‘Smeg’ it should not happen. Cannot take and toast sliced supermarket bread completely so question value for money
